Little top up today, showing as a sell. Still can move down, but hopefully if nasdaq, aim and the general market remains "stable" ENET can tick up. I really do wonder where new holders will come from though.
Believe it's in the background, but news would be welcomed to get us into the 20s, 30s in the short term. Hopefully adding across a range of products / geographies and mix of customers / use cases - need a nice portfolio showing the way to an increasing steady quarterly orders / backlog / revenue beat.

Options a bit generous, but at least aligned to shareholder interests in getting the share price moving.

Anyone with a better understanding of the technology offerings from ceragon, particularly their recent dish announcement, gratefully received.

Article in IC this week on cyber stocks, main focus on the large US stock but a section of about 4-5 UK stocks, usual suspects darktrace etc, no mention of cns. Lost opportunity for readers for research, put on watch list - sure they would be impressed with what they gather.

I think Sergi still sees operational issues, obtaining and then the pricing of components which he called correctly last time. Company says it's okay for contracts and from pipeline but does limit the timing of other income streams, let's hope lots of royalty revenue.
On share price, a market rout can take this lower but still see this as undervalued in the short, medium and long term. Worst case is this goes lower, an incredible rns and large rise and 5g exercise at a really low price and keep the lid on the price so warrants are not exercised.
Could do with news. We now know dl and Mr keep info, both positive and negative, very close and with an 50% oem release on a whim know they are signing deals which are not released to the market. Company really does need an IR strategy backing up news, they can't be happy giving so much away to 5g.
My few AIM shares have all taken a bit of a beating, so enet is not alone here.

Tend to agree somewhat with ETH here, just not too palatable for us lths with the current share price.
We can all argue whether we think the company is correctly valued by the market either in the short or longer term.
With 5G being and making the market for I think 6-12 months we are all in their hands. If we have "good" news and a few new buyers 5G will just sell into it, we really do need "great" news to really move the needle - a few big company names will really help rather than unnamed oems etc.
Even if it stays relatively stable I hope the news flow really backs the medium to long term view of where this can be in 2-3 years.

With the complete and total mismanagement of the economy and sterling being down the toilet, CNS with a high % of cost in sterling and a high proportion of costs not should help the bottom line (unsure of hedging / if and when it unwinds).
Also makes it cheap for a potential takeover.

9:08 a buy, best time to buy on no news with the hoped for assumption it's not all dried up!
My long term view on a serious / permanent rerate in h2 seems problematic even on good / great news with 5g overhang. Also thought his would come from a 40-50p base, market says differently and I was wrong.
Still very confident on the future here after seeing past the dilution, I hope the IR improves so we can join the dots easier to see the strategic and operational execution. As the 50% oem show a lot going on, hopefully just in these we have 10-20 recurring revenues of between $100-250k - we could do with a further 5-10 deals with the possibility of $2m each (with 2 or 3 megadeals) which is where we should be in a couple of years.
Good luck all, hopefully get to a more stable c 30p in the very short term on an rns or two, which still just gives a pathetic c 25m market cap.

This has been on my watch list for sometime, was hoping to top slice from gains elsewhere but unfortunately b##### all gains elsewhere. Was hoping it would be CNS (my only traditional cyber holding apart from Herald it) after storming results but flat.
As you say cyber attacks orchestrated by state actors. About ten years ago I worked for a company with a cyber arm, the sophistication of a state actor to use their software to gain access to the defence industry to get IP was frightening.
My son works in licencing trademarks - so much assets/ money that needs protecting. Hopefully will add soon.

Brandshield does not protect from cyber attacks in anyway shape or form, zero to do with the Tesco issue.
It is an IP / reputation protection platform.

Siemens have a subsidiary manufacturing cdte, slightly different tech vs czt.

Not sure someone else taking early market share with a superior product (with a competing element that kmk cannot supply) is a good news story.
With kmk I have learnt to wait for the numbers ( which means cash in the bank not "orders" or "revenue").

So kmk are currently "actively designing" and have clearly yet to market a product that someone else (one of the largest health tech companies in the world with a global reach, massive sales and support network) is x years ahead of them. Brilliant.

Nice looking back and reading your last note on 19th Jan after a previous ST note.
I do always think "this really does now look cheap, if they can get to £20m and then show growth potential beyond this..." But with this bod it just goes lower.
I think the recent rise is more a relief rally, but as I have said before the full accounts will be a test rather than the "highlights" of an rns. The other issue is I still have zero trust in the bod providing their view of the £ value of an order, these have proved wildly inaccurate in the past.
I do hope to see signs the new chair and cfo are running the company rather than the ceo who really should be in a lab coat.

Let's just look at a few of the issues with the ST article.
- "Estimated contract backlog" - what the hells that - it's either contracted or its not - as we know with KMK this is pretty much a made up number. if you haven't got contracted backlog you cannot account for that amount as a contract.
- There is czt and there is czt, KMK being the pound shop compared to redlan. You have to ask why didn't Canon buy KMK at a fraction of the price.
- Nothing on the operational miss, after stating everything was under control.
- Add the miss back into this year, take it off next and growth is nothing.
- I expect the takeaway from the annual report will be a complete write off of the AROC balances, they clearly haven't recovered any of this money. Bound to be another dodgy accounting gem in there somewhere in the notes.
- News void from my last write up...from the one before....from the one befor..from when the price has halved and is now a small percentage of my target - has all the narcissism as bozo.
Good news is the hopeless ex cfo is still underwater, although basu probably gave him a 20 year option period.

Underneath everything this has the makings of a great company, it should already be one. With a commercially astute BOD this would already be 30p.
Good to see the chair put his hands in his pocket, provides some degree of comfort as he will have met with the auditors (although if they are the same crew who let the last cfo play with an abacus maybe not so much).
As usual with kmk promise is just around the corner. I’ll wait for the full annual report and detailed accounting notes, bound to be a couple of gems.

Key on the balance sheet is the continued growth on intangible assets, no impairment charges despite being c 3-4x current revenue and a massive multiple of gross margin.

In the interims they stated no full year impact from supply chain a couple of months ago, full year supply chain issues. Convenient that the claimed revenue miss exactly equals supply chain issues…hmmm.
As always with KMK you need the full annual report to understand what’s going on rather than selective rns - especially to understand the cash movement.
Still one of the most promising companies on aim, unfortunately with the worst operational management team.

No, don't forget the CEO, board and the legendary ST have confirmed the AROC payments are just around the corner. No need for a cash raise as this is 100% cash and profit.
