A really good article - follow "dell edge and telecom" on twitter.
As a shareholder it is so very easy to read so much and fit ENET in somehow, but this tends to mirror ENET strategy and I am not sure there are many other companies with ENET tech capability.
Really could do with a gartner or forrester (even they are no really independent) to back up who is in magic quadrants and market size etc.
Still so little built into the £10m share cap even at a miniscule probability - but as usual we need to see the RNSs.

Still hitting the numbers each half year, no fuss just strong delivery from what seems to be a very professional team.

Undervalued and with the ability to attract a takeover.at a substantial premium, especially with the £ being down the toilet vs $.

Simply relief we appear to have stopped the rot with a new shareholder who sees some value.

The company does need to get its IRand comms together, or we assume there is nothing to IR about. A sh##y once every six months blog doesn't cover it, I understand commercial confidentiality, but Christ I've known interns with more coms skills than the whole of enet.

I think most of the larger longer term shareholders (who probably own 10%+++) have sat on their hands going down, and will do so going up unless we have an update which brings more confidence / confirms investment thesis / share price at a level to reduce 5G dilution.
I am already in deep so no point extending myself further, even if I am on balance more optimistic than pessimistic.
Would love to know who’s buying and why.

I have been following ncc for a while too, mocrofocus not really a cyber stock but an interesting business model for a software company.
I'm a holder in cns which is a well run company, hopefully the cfo leaving is purely just a career move as I'm sure he would be in demand after cns.

Results on 14th last year so at least a couple of days behind.
Kmk always has a number of new investors after hype on the next big thing from basu (long term Chinese deals, ventilators, COVID detectors) all which fade away to leave yet another band of disgruntled shareholders. I can’t see any new holders and existing holders on losses sitting on their hands hoping for a takeover.
As usual look forward to the annual report with the simply ridiculous jackanory of the chairman and ceo statements against the reality of a) what they promised in prior years but fail to deliver b) the financial statements

Hopefully just a couple of bright people joining the dots and thinking the downside was absolutely minimal and the upside strong - a very decent risk reward.
AIM stocks on low volume always over react on the downside and upside so react on small volumes.

i) Absolutely agree on the control of costs.
ii) real need to maximise existing royalty revenues and tarana, zero cost on royalties effectively 100% margin.
Iii) I think it's a one or two £££ rnss but a need for a nice regular news flow. The disappointment in h1 is the complete absence of the nice trickle of regular news
iv) the key question is if they are not winning "business" (not necessarily £ but being in the design) - are they losing business or it it just being delayed as part of the overall market / business position ?.

It's the volume and responding upward price movement each day in the 3/4 days PRIOR to the RNS on sweetbio.

I'm relatively bright but certainly no maths / stats genius.
If you took the volume / price movement for th last two years on opti on days when there is no news of the market isn't absorbing news, with the three / four days prior to the rns when there wasn't any news and the market wasn't absorbing news, stats would show this price movement as a complete and total outlier with a absolute miniscule % of happening.
Surely this stuff is picked up by algorithms at the exchanges for evaluation at the end of the day / week, this Really is primary school level stuff.
Wouldn't use hunch or conspiracy, just pointing out the maths - to be very clear absolutely not pointing fingers especially internally within the OPTI team.

After a couple of years heading back to breakeven, always one of those shares which gradually falls over no news then multiplies on breakthroughs.

Wouldn't have minded sitting on the last two years or so and bought with those who clearly were trading on non public information. As usual with AIM / Uk well rewarded and no action taken.

As with the last buy movement, if any, will last a day or two. Concrete news with $$$ signs or the near promise of $$$ signs is all that will move this now.
Remember directors cannot trade with inside knowledge of deals, we can all hope anyway!
Had a couple of turnarounds in the last year - BOOM and then more recently OPTI - after a similar share price performance to ENET and similar years of promise with seemingly no delivery but where they were clearly executing against a plan in the bAckground.
Just hope we are not diluted to nothing in the meantime. They really do need the warrants going forward as a ‘good’ source of funds - not sure why they didn’t hedge bets and have these for a 2 year period to give them some runway.

Clearly a few in the know before this announcement, disappointing but as usual nothing will be done.

The problem when a share languishes for so long when a shareholder get back to breakeven or a few points above they sell in relief. I think most of the large holder a are probably averaging 30-35p I would guess, but all seem pretty wise heads so if at this level the future looks bright hopefully the loyal following will continue.
I was thinking of a c 10k buy (not a lot of £ at this level!) last week but the more macro stuff, rather than enet, kept the powder dry.
Still rns checking with the frosties in the morning, I might start counting the number of boxes I get through between rnss -or we could do an lse sweepstake.

Amongst the gloom of a few of my other holdings its nice to have one riser. I do a weekly portfolio download and track and this should reverse some of the losses.

Interesting that this has been nice and steady on a daily basis to about 30% over the week on no RNSs. I think the PBX holding is worth around 12/13p "on top" at the moment so getting into the 40s again on a like for like basis.
Hopefully someone has a sniff of something which will take this higher through q3/4.

So many articles at the moment on open ran, private networks, 5g, fixed where you can see high margin / sticky ENET technology fitting into the stack, in what should become absolutely massive markets for years to come.
As always really need rnss backing this up, share price (even in the current overall market) is just depressing day after day, week after week, month after month.

Good deal with smiths, let them do the selling and front end customer work where they have boots on the ground, should have been done years ago.
As I've always said there is a great business here, can hopefully see some signs of the chair getting marketing, commercial, finance more in order away from the ceo.

It's really interesting seeing a really well written remuneration report in an annual report, explaining how board remuneration between base / bonus / options are calculated / compared to market etc.
I am happy with options provided they are well focused, fair and force the right management behaviours.
As usual easy to look back in five years time to see if they are correct - these needs to be with a company in the 10s of millions throwing off cash.

I am interested in option packages as I was at Dell Computers at completely the wrong time, they really are a bit hit and miss.
My views on this one
- Not a clue on what the performance targets are, but expect these to be at the lower / mid end.
-The strike price is far too low
- As these are for ten years there should be further annual awards, these should be on a 4/5 year cycle

Most importantly as a shareholder I expect with these options for the team to really deliver, at the moment they really are middling which is simply not good enough.
