That is quite an important point that YIAB. Moulding said on the call the best time to carry out a rebrand is when it's at it's peak and strong. I find that logic quite hard to believe tbh and why would you want to disrupt everything then?

I’m not sure that sort of price would even get MM’s attention given he previously said this in his post on the Apollo rejection on 12th May 2023.

“Like previous bidders, we told Apollo their valuation & structure was unacceptable. Yesterday they set out how they could raise their bid further before the deadline. Their latest view on Ingenuity had it as being significantly more valuable than the whole of THG the day before the bid leaked!“

Plus since then we’ve had some decent client wins such as H&B, Frasers and The Range etc. Plus the extra capex thrown in
