Kua it’s been long enough and I’ve been here similar time and averaging when possible. The current status quo cannot continue and understand the current position we are in opens the door to manipulation.

Just believe the current management can do a lot more to resurrect and revive the current share price and could take some advice from the likes of Kelso. Rather than trying to suppress them at any given moment

YIAB we can only hope he loses the support sooner than later and we all get our money back - at the very least with someone who knows what they’re doing

Let’s just add to this.. we have a CEO that is very happy publicly making posts on a social media platform and pretty much any opposition against gets discarded and blocked… what the actual excuse my French!

turned down a publicised offer of £1.70 (i repeat 170p per share) nearly 2 years ago because it “undervalued” the business. i also repeat we have never even been close to such heights. let’s keep going… apollo turn up allegedly offer a decent sum valuing the capital sucking division that is ingenuity near £1bn (rough market cap of the biz at the time) plus the profit making beauty and nutritrion divisions… naa #nothanks better off myself to grow this thing… roll 1 year later nutrition on its **** 9% down, no whales and the pet dog accumulate circa more than kelso.

whilst we have the acolytes on here spouting sp is no benchmark for company performance, index trackers are hockey ****ey’ing in/out of consumer discretionary stocks… let’s be real no one is touching thg with a fooking barge pole and imagine telling your boss you were going to invest here in the first place.

the only way we ever get our money back is if mm employs crafyinvestor to run investor relations or he heads for the exit door along with the rest of his inaction board.

Fair point but he does have influence on delivering the long overdue strategy update and to stabilise all the uncertainty we have floating around. Including the important business decisions here in recent years like Myprotein rebrand and Ingenuity pivot. All seem to have failed us… so far anyway

I think eventually he will be ousted by the 65% club if we don't see SOTP realised within their timeframe.

The times piece last weekend got me thinking about his Dubai Investor trip last year. At the time I think a lot of speculation was a middle east backed MBO was a reason for the trip but we know that can't have been the case because it ultimately never happened. He talks about his disinterest in business travel even to the Capital to not disrupt his precious routine, so the trip to Dubai must have been for something significant - most likely to retain his position and to reassure QIA and the like he is still the man to steer the ship out of the current mess.

The clock is ticking and hopefully we get some change from the status quo soon.

Keep posting OSG, I think you’re being a little misunderstood where people think there is some agenda to your posts. You come across just a frustrated holder with the current situation we find ourselves in. I’m in the same boat, in fact my boat is more of a submarine these days the amount of time I’ve spent underwater with this investment. There was hope of a capital event last year and after the Apollo rejection I was expecting to see a material upside to the SP with a better alternative pitched.

Still waiting and holding and even though MM & Co frustrate the hell out of me, I think this will come good in the end and having endured this rollercoaster for a few years already I want my ticket when it eventually happens.

Some alarming things in that article and just hammers home the sentiment around the current management at the minute in which he heads up.

"My dogs got more shares and you've met them" absolutely disgusting comment to make this. Maybe he thought the same looking around the board table over the years? The CFO until recently held around 21,000 shares! Anyone thinking he’s not relating to his pet dogs in this comment as well I’m sorry but you’ve got it wrong. He’s got a picture of them in the article!

I agree Hardwell sounds like he doesn’t care less about shareholders and he’s more concerned when the next gym workout is happening

So far his one answer to Kelso’s public criticism is this. That criticism is there because we all know that the SOTP is multiple of the current SP. It’s quite simple really - just announce a clear strategy (that was promised) in how management believe they can achieve the SOTP. Currently idling (and moaning) sitting on the LSE as we currently are is not working and it needs to change for the benefit of ALL shareholders.

Fair play to Kelso because from social media it looks like he was away on holiday accumulating their shares. Now that’s rent free living in someone’s head

Do we know if THG Ingenuity is involved here at all? I recall a few weeks back a discussion around Tesco account manager roles being advertised within Ingenuity.

Who was it on here spouting the performance of a company and therefore the board can’t be judged by its SP for shareholders? In a world where there is no sight of a dividends then how else are we to judge it? Don’t know about anyone else on this forum but I’m here to make money from my investments.

The current management seems to be all out of answers to resolve this situation. Maybe binning 95% of external advise isn’t the smartest strategy.

Biggest decisions made that haven’t really paid off in terms of the metrics are the ingenuity pivot to larger enterprise clients (where are the whales?) and nutrition protecting consumer prices costing roughly £50m to do so last year looking at the most recent figures hasn’t generated the continued revenue from this.

All whilst we seem to have a mentality issue at the head of the place whose first point of call is to blame all others around and especially the exchange.
