Absolutely James, I wouldn't be surprised if their is an unscheduled trading update between now and March. Hopefully they have learned to under promise and over deliver.

I’m happy to be buying at these prices. They won’t last, if you believe asos will recover. Next June-August they expect to start returning to growth, which strangely could coincide with the beginnings of rate drops. The picture looks rosier looking down the line (hopefully).

We are profitable and expect to keep reducing debt now. Just a waiting game for the macros to improve. The SP won’t all of a sudden be at £8-10+ with all these expected tailwinds coming. I expect we are at the bottom and we have been bouncing sideways for 5-6 months now. Soon enough we will slowly start our sustainable rise north imo… but I’m bullish, and the market is forward looking.. :)

The ASOS picture was disturbing, the FY23 results points at all the pain the company had to go through to right itself not forgetting the macro picture. The future looks brighter. Of course thats just my opinion.

I dont think we got it wrong yesterday. The results were expected, no surprises there. FY24 we will have cleared all old inventory and on the newer model, it's cash generative and debt will start going down.

The only thing I can see that we were hoping for was guidance for positive cash flow expected. Otherwise no shocks.... Unless that's the first ASOS RNS you have read in 12 months.

Yeah I agree Eric, I'd be annoyed if they spent money there and we have to do a placing earlier to carry on progressing kallak and Finland. Bit disappointing unless they follow if with a JV or spin off. All is forgiven if they hit world class grades as that will shoot the SP up. But We tried that and the grades were poor. How many times can you keep trying?

That's revenue the 5-15%. If say that's not that unexpected either. Its the profit, what figure are they expecting for the profit/cash generation??

Thanks hexam, that's what confused me with the outlook, it was very wooly. No figures on what they expect for future guidance. Let's face it that is what we were looking at not the FY figures as they were always expected to be very poor.

There certainly is Knowbody. I didn't think it was bad but that's because it was fully expected. It is bad lol, but forward looking paints a rosier picture.

Why is there so much negativity here, these results were already known. What new information is there? We know we had a poor year having to write off a lot of stuff and only turning profitable the last few months. This year should be profitable and when times get better this will rise from the ashes again.

Profit over revenue for me, so it doesn't matter short term whilst the house is put in order.

Not long until we find out. I honestly thought we would see a more volatile SP on the TS rumour and the results tomorrow. I guess that will come depending on the forward guidance and what is said in the strategy update.

I hope they sell it/spin it off Eric to aid funding the 2 'major' projects we have. We shouldn't be doing or funding any more drilling with so much costly environmental/feasibility/permitting type work ongoing on 2 projects especially as they haven't hit any good grades.

There is always that. I suspect we shall find out by Wednesday. Could be a rollercoaster of a week coming.
