Sounds like a wise strategy, and having a holding which you are comfortable with makes it slightly better to hold through the tough times, to then reap the rewards when the good times arrive. I'm happy with mine now. I don't want to add any more lol.

Yeah we have bounced off 370-375 for the last 6-7 months or so, you’d expect it to be quite solid. We shall see.

Luckily they have already announced an expected -5-15% drop in revenue expected FY24 so aslong as it's inline and we maintain the turnaround of the business I think the market will be content. JD, the market expected more.

That's why I fully expect big tail winds here over the next 2 years as inflation subsides and rates come down.

Good luck 'itmustbeluck'. I've taken the opposing view, had a few more again this morning now at nearly 11,000. I think the real turnaround will be this and next year on the back of rate cuts and the so called 'cost of living crisis' coming to an end. I can wait and fully expect a proper bull run at some point starting...

Very good update for NEXT. There MCAP has gone up today by more than what ASOS is worth lol.

I bought more again today. I have quadrupled my holding since I first bought in Oct 2023. Will it pay off? By the end of this year should have a good idea I reckon. Probably one of the most promising I own with the greatest upside. It's the stock market though so.... Anything can happen lol

The last up year here was 2020-2021, since then there has been negative gains every year. A reversal of that would be nice ;)

It's also election year for UK and US, they will want that feel good factor. The consumer will be made to feel better about themselves imo. This will lead to increased spending. My opinions only. I see more tail winds than headwinds.
