Ok guys , I have looked at the RNS and it does not say 1.9 mill .
Far less .
But I initially reviewed the LSE directors dealings and this is where the figure I saw came from .
So it is either a pre dillution figure or just wrong info .

Gerard Desler - According to the available data @ Having purchased 25000 shares at the placing it brought his total holding to 128668 as of 7th July 22 .
His previous reported holding was as of 18th February 2021 when he purchased 22000 to bring his holding to 1963875.
So on the face of it he disposed of a large quantity in the period between .
Maybe he was after a new Bentley and a nice pad in the Greek Islands or ?
