ENJOY YOUR EVENING OUT AT 'IBROX' CARPEBAGGERS. I WON'T RETURN TO 'IBROX' UNTIL A BOARD IS APPOINTED THAT I CAN TRUST. What part of that do you not understand?
King did not buy shares -his family trust did. There was considerable confusion as to the EGM and two alternative choices of venue. You will note that King did not expect an EGM and until 48 hours prior to it it was still in doubt. As for King prevailing, he only received 57% of the issued share voting rights. Forty three per cent did not vote for him. I trust you will acknowledge my correct predictions of share suspension, No NOMAD and that King is almost as broke as Potless Paul. It was my pleasure to edify you. How much did you lose. Are you going to double up on RFC1872 underwritten by that JSE superstar, MicroMega Holdings?
RIFC will be delisted. If you have any shares that you wish to offload there have been offers on this board of 2p per share.
@Aquaboo - East Fife? Would your complaint be addressed by SFA board or the SFA executive?
Would you care to comment on a prospective new holding company in RSA? Thought not. Read my posts again carefully and then cut and paste where I clearly stated that I would not post again.
@aquaboo - If Dave King was allowed to be a member of my golf club (highly unlikely) I would permit him to carry my clubs. It's important to give our convicted criminals a second chance, don't you think? I have decided to attach HOLD to my posts. No-one can ever accuse me of not having a sense of humour
Shadow Director Dave King is driving a coach and horses through AIM rules and the Incovency act, and for good measure is an all singing/all dancing fail of the SFA's article 10. However when did corporate law ever present a barrier tp our King of The Castlemilk Barrio? A quick look at the acquisition of NOSA (owned by Dave King) and it's unparallelled impact on new holding company MICROMEGA (77% owned by King family trusts with 23% for The Greg) gives rise to an interesting scenario that I believe will be the end game. The acquisition of NOSA increased the capital value of Micromega by 462% so the launch of RFC1872 and it's subsequent acquisition by Micromega would give the holding company another nudge in share value prior to Mr King and Mr Morris selling their shares. Duplicitous Dave would be group chairman. Simple.
@aquaboo - Chairman elect /His RSA Glibness, has decreed that we must reach out to the football community and seek their approval. You never know some of them might even invest in RFC1872 - A Micromega Holdings company.
@blue7860 - "I won't return until a board is appointed that I can trust." u. If we assume that English is your first language then you might infer that I will not return to Ibrox. As for my predictions I called shares suspension right, No NOMAD lined up right and King being broke. I also posted that delisting would be the only way a convicted criminal would be chairman. Perhaps you take issue with the IPO of RFC1872? I agree that King could not be chairman of this new holding company if it were listed. However IPO's generate money for NOMADs so as soon as the SFA deem King fit and proper he will attempt to airbrush his past. Always a pleasure to edify you. Yours in blue....
Correction. I said I would not return to Ibrox with a convicted criminal as chairman elect. I said I would pin my season ticket card in an envelope on the staff notice board. I stated that I would sell all my shares, retaining just one that is framed on my desk. Try to pay attention. There is only a few weeks left on this site. So the occasional post to point out your folly of voting for a guy with no money will be highlighted at every opportunity. I look forward to your aclnowledgement that I called it right. The shares would be suspended and given Mr King's recent convictions only delisting gives him chairman status. Will you be investing in RFC 1872? How much did you lose?
SP - "I know this is a share site, not a football site." Correction, this was a shares site. In a couple of weeks it will all be over and RIFC will be liquidated prior to the launch of RFC1872 and the IPO in the close season to provide the warchest to replace 24 squad members (13 first team, 6 reserve, 5 NUFC loanees). It is now apparent that Rangers will finish third with up to 6 more games to play at season end. However morale will be at an all time low with the imminent departures so promotion will be unlikely. Stuart McCall is waiting for a call from new director of football Felix Magath who will be appointed this week. So many new board members and new staff members all paid for by six home games and the additional gate receipts of £1.38M. Then two more home games so total of £1.84M. That should be enough to pay off Messrs McCoist, McDowall and Llambias and Leach. Then the IPO to buy players. Another year in the Championship is Mr McCoist's legacy.
Despite an assurance by Dave King that he would not be seeking a director role, WH Ireland did not believe his 'glibness' and resigned with immediate effect. They did not stick around for the next solar eclipse.
In the land of the blind the one eyed NOMAD is king. In the land of the King, they one eyed investor is blind. I believe this could be the mission statement for the Micromega Messiah.
I look forward to your next post B7860 or are you too busy buying King rosettes and Potless Paul's spearmint chewing gum?
@Aquaboo - no we walked away as soon as James Easdale did. No-one listened to my warnings and with today's board appointments the fans have evidently traded their shares for some mineral water and spin at the next rain dance.
Now that the NOMAD remains conspicuously absent and that the last thing Mr King would want is transparency, my prediction of delisting is beginning to ring true. Those whose shares are currently valued at 2p might have reacted badly. However the board thought of this by providing 3 seats so that the losses are accepted as part of a higher purpose. The IPO of RIFC 1872 in the close season will take fan loyalty to a new paradigm - accept the losses and pony up for the King express. Most of us who sold prior to the suspension are ahead but despite numerous warnings every existing shareholder is taking a bath with Mr King providing the flannel and our favourite 'rent a requisitioiner' Potless Paul providing the soap on a rope. The level 5 lather is working at the box office. Enjoy your evening out carpetbaggers. I won't return until a board is appointed that I can trust
