GGG I'm in agreement with the majority of what's happened and how you feel I am sitting on a significant loss which I'm confidant will recovery purely on the basis of the assets we now own and whilst there's plenty of issues that need to be ironed out I am hopefully that they will get this done to the delight of shareholders.

I sometimes lighten my stocks elsewhere when I see weakness in the stocks I hold PANR and TXP are my largest holdings EME totally out TEK and a few others are my main holdings. my core position here is over1% currently with my recent top up, if we spike to 17-20p I will lighten that to 1% dead but despite what you think I was still buying in the recent spike above 14p as documented and the offer didn't rise to the point you could have sold for a profit just saying...but anywhere here we are all awaiting something positive ... 2 weeks till Q2's figures hopefully we have news before then... but who knows.

I haven't since disappeared GGG, I'm very much still here as I hold 1% of the company so I'm very much involved and whilst I may not post on the down days isn't because as you like to allude to that I have sold out with my boiler room guys...

This drill on success literally overnight transforms the business, couple that with the mounting news that the gas pipeline will get the go ahead and this is going to fly and those thinking ok ill wait for the drill and get in then and maybe pay 20/30% extra.... I think you can forget that. Firstly you'll be locked out and wont be able to buy and larger investors will tie up the brokers and lock you out and will probably open at least 100% up and all depending on the level it starts form ... if its in the 20's expect 70/80 open IMO and the buying would be so strong and sustained. The old sell the news strategy won't apply here as the news will just be the start and everyman and his dog is going to want a piece.

A wonderful photo taken last night of the Nabors 105AC rig, perched atop the Dubhe pad, drilling the Dubhe-1 appraisal well on Alaska’s North Slope (ANS).

Pantheon often talks of the advantages of location in this remote part of Alaska which hosts some of USA’s largest oil fields including the ‘Supergiant’ Prudhoe Bay and the ‘Giant’ Kuparuk River oil fields. These oil fields were discovered in the late 1960’s and put into production in the 1970’s following completion of the 800-mile Trans Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS) which transports the oil from ANS south to the port of Valdez. This pipeline runs through this photograph (but is buried underground in this location) adjacent to the Dalton Highway which is the pictured in this photograph and is the very road that the Dubhe pad access road butts into!

Pantheon’s development models have Pantheon’s development wells feeding directly into the (TAPS) oil pipeline through a ‘hot tap’. This immediate proximity offers tremendous advantage in terms of logistics, development timeframes, permitting and removes the requirement to gain (and pay for) permissions to use other oil company roads and infrastructure. As is seen in this photograph, it also allows Pantheon the advantage of year-round drilling, rather than being confined to winter drilling on ice roads as has been the case for other pre-development projects on the ANS.

What is equally as exciting is that the proposed 800-mile natural gas pipeline which is gaining so much media attention at present (“Alaska LNG – Phase 1”) is planned to run adjacent to TAPS and thus will also run adjacent to the road in this photograph in a location that could not be more convenient for Pantheon. In 2024, Pantheon signed a Gas Sales Precedent Agreement (GSPA) for a proposed initial 20 year supply of natural gas directly into the proposed gas pipeline and Pantheon’s gas, being low in CO2, has the material advantage of already meeting pipeline specification without the requirement for (very expensive) pre-treatment of gas that would be required by other fields. If successful, Dubhe-1 has the potential to demonstrate commerciality, thus advancing the GSPA into a Gas Sales Agreement, opening up the potential for material debt funding capability.
