I wont be surprised is after the CB deal is done that 65p bidder may re appear or if that's already the plan.. .. probably re-adjusted to 40-45p now.

Maybe the deal would never have gone through at 65p when the sp was in the thirty's as there was so many long term holders underwater but now with institutions on boards at 20.5p accounting for 25% to get a deal over the line at 45p now would be an easy task now IMO.

Just one MM left on the 19p now ... once he's gone that's it one of the lowest prices in 5 years will be gone !!!

Central Blow ...changes the game ...this is just Kitchen sink figures .... from here on TXP changes the whole landscape also lets not forget the new President who after speaking to Paul at the recent AJ Bell event a few weeks back he said our relationship is EXCELLENT and much better than the previous and they're really looking to grow onshore and know that they will need to change the pricing and tax regime and as we will have to have a new gas contract anyway as we will own CB we could also get another gas contract as the government look to encourage investment which in turn crates jobs and taxation.

institution have been through all the forecasts and data and have just stumped up £15mln at 20.5p and you can get in at a 10% discount !!! i'm taking advantage

They didn't have a choice the bank wasn't happy and basically the raise for the drills was the best option. Banks happy now, new institution happy to participate at 20.5p (we was lower than that just a few weeks back) SHELL will be happy now knowing they haven't wasted their time with us and it will now complete ... and we have two central block drills to look forward to this year as well as Cas 4 and Cas 5 ...... they was happy at 20.5p because it was a steal and now you can also buy 22p .... for me I'm certainly not selling this is about to go silly as the fundamentals of the deal become clear. (sill NDS for PB)
