Last time they drilled and sent to the lab it took from 26th Jan to 7th April to get an update. Around 10 weeks.
That’s just Kibo … add MAST (bordersley) and KAT (blyvoor) and a pattern emerges.
Hope so hoops.
For whom the bell rolls
Dont both to reply your in the filter bin with the other clowns
Kammi what makes you think that after 15 years LC has finally signed or agreed a good deal. Zimbabwe is a basket case. I wouldn't trust a word he says on timescales based on past performance. £10m for what in terms of assets?
I doubt it as the bloke seems to spend most of the time with his head up his arse. Next RNS will be we got really promising results back form the lab now need to spend weeks interpreting them. 5 weeks since the last update
Apart from relisting at 0.5p its smacks of another half arsed half baked dig me out of a hole deal.
Focus should be on relisting the value in the opportunities that already exist instead of embarking on another venture in another country. Tanzania, Botswana and Mozambique have their issues but Zimbabwe?
chadster ... yes well positioned but not well run.
Bylvoor - 'The Company is at the moment considering its position and options in this matter and will update the market accordingly as soon as a decision has been taken on an appropriate course of action.' Dec 6th. 4 months ago.
I suspect we wont hear anything until Pan African Resources conclude their DD (by April 2022) on Blyvoor as we are technically still the JV partner with Blyvoor Gold Operations. I again wont hold my breath.
A good deal? KIBO owned the asset outright, hived it of into KAT and now we own 20%. Its sat there for 5 years t KAT and he's been trying to dispose of it for three years to LVG and now all of sudden its proved impossible to transfer ownership so lets set up a JV. Its a disaster ... the only positive is the cash back and free carry IF LVG can raise the cash and get the JV off the ground. I wont hold my breath.
This is probably a lot to do with it

Bordersley
so far so good and conditions now compared to IPO are favourable
esp when you consider they own 55% of MAST the question again though is will it translate to value here
Christ almighty do you only ever ask questions
Is this placing instead of the convertible loan notes or as well as? What does the RNS say - nothing so the working assumption is yes.
Is there further dilution to come? Probably not in terms of a separate raise as its a £3m draw down facility with £1m immediately available and presumably the hope is that the Investor will exercise warrants over time
Is there a cap on the amount of shares they can issue? Hmm as an investor that's on the fence perhaps you might want to READ to latest RNSs and AGM resolutions and work it out.
Why cant they raise the whole amount in one go? Because no-one is stupid enough to give them anymore (is that the answer you are looking for)
Why dont you ask
Is this a good investment? Yes
How much shall I buy? 50m shares
How high will the share price be in 3 months? £1.86
Of course the money has to come form somewhere but it would be nice if he could do something productive with it. We'd have got a better return on the lottery.
He needs to either p*ss or get off the pot.
What's an 'institional' investor?
on the fence ..... really ..... you sound so far to one side of it I am surprised you can still see the damm thing
I don't think there is a current shareholder out there that likes the CLN. There isn't anything particularly positive in it and I suspect you know that. Too many directors and a history of failed delivery to date. Frustratingly all the ingredients have been there (and still are) to make a make a decent Pie but the current CEO seems incapable of making a Pot Noodle.
Mr persistent patientzer always with the questions but not as daft as he seems.
Discussion my arse!
Thankyou.
