The 2 trades at .70p are buys as the best you can get to sell is .65p they show as sells as the bid was lifted before they where displayed.

Buys rushing in and .71p paid! somebody knows something!

Which gives you the impression that the MM's might be trying to scare some pi's into selling?

The transactions at .65p are buys, showing as sells because the actual spread is different to the one displayed. I know because one of them was mine.

was released about an hour ago but tells us nothing. The directors bought at the then current price, they where not to know the sp would have dropped further or no doubt would have waited to buy thier shares at a lower price. The fact that they paid more than the current SP is irrelevant.

Yes it was a sell, some of these notifications can be tricky to understand, it states the threshold that was crossed was going below a 3% holding which tells you it was a sale. The transaction happened on the 17th yesterday which is also mentioned in the RNS.

I am not expecting anything massive to happen, probably a modest rise with more people having a punt in here with the AGM news probably coming out on Friday morning. The directors purchases and the huge buy this morning do lead me to believe something positive is going to be announced soon. Are there any time limits on director dealings and news releases that could affect the SP?

We wont see an RNS tomorow as the AGM is tomorow, maybe the day after? this share does look poised to surge on any news with the recent decline in sp coupled with the director purchases and the huge 18m buy this morning, also not much else happening today so this is going to get some attention, we could well see a nice rise over the next couple of days! :-) Good luck all.

RNS was a notification that a share holder has reduced their holding. During doing this the size of the holding crossed a threshold that requires the market to be notified, in this case 12%.

I would be more concerned if i could sell them not buy them!

Whats driving this up, there has been virtually no buying since 147p yet the price keeps rising, why? Wish i had stuck some in it a few days ago when it apeared on the risers list though!!!

Just been offered 17.1 its getting tempting, how far is this likely to go?
