Oil prices might keep on rising with the shut down of one of Russia's export pipelines to Europe because of contamination. Russia is the second largest exporter of oil.

We had an operations update on the 14th of May last year, they seem to be sticking to the same news delivery format this year so I think it is fair to expect another on that date this year? Only 2 weeks till we find out the time frame they have planned for the exciting next drills!

With a market cap around half the annual ($49m) turn over and the exciting prospects lined up for 2019 this must be an ideal target for a hostile take over, the valuation here is ludicrously low!! Surely there must be a rerate to a realistic level soon?!

With current production TXP are averaging over $3.5m per month in oil sales. An income of $42m and a market cap around half of that, there are oilers on AIM with market caps many multiples of their income, holding this one is a no brainer, the only way is up!!

The trading here has nothing to do with people thinking Flybe is a good buy! When a share price has a sell off and crashes to the extent seen here the MM's end up holding huge amounts of shares at an average higher than it settles at, the bounce is created by them to sell at an higher price and create a market for them to dispose of shares above their average, there is always several bounces until they have eliminated their losses. As long as you don't get caught on a spike playing the bounces is a good opportunity to make a few quid!

if as you say no one would support a fund raise then what incentive do FRR have to relist? Being listed costs money and the primary purpose for that is share issue to raise funds. Being forced into delisting by the nomad resignation might just be seen as a silver lining to the company? I am sure should the company ever have plenty of funds in the future the BoD's shares would be bought back by the company so they wont lose out?!

If they called an EGM and the shareholders voted to give the BoD the power to act on a majority vote rather than a unanimous one, would that be feasible??

Yes, Hope would have to approve the sale and would clearly vote against it to block it! He needs to be removed from the board before FRR can move forward! Hence the court action.

You clearly have not caught up, go read SN's court documents outlining the failings of Hope as a member of the FRR BoD.

Hope clearly doesn't have a defence against the evidence of not acting in FRR's best interest as a director, however he is no dummy, he will be playing for time as he knows FRR have their back to the wall with no Nomad in place. This is all hanging on being settled within 1 month and a new Nomad appointed to survive. The nearer this gets to the end of Jan the more strength Hope has in the settlement negotiations, that is all he has in his hand to play with!

Good morning, 3rd quarter financials and operational update due around the middle of this month, looking forward to seeing increased profits from not only increased production but also the price of oil! This should help or even allow an expansion of the 2019 drilling plans? And finding out if any of the remaining 2018 drills have been completed and producing yet. This company has always met or exceeded its targets, exciting times ahead!!

The MM's didn't show 3/4M shares being bought on Wednesday though, that should have caused a rise had the trade(s) been displayed!
