The shares will go ex-dividend on 28 July 2016. And div paid on the 12th August 2016. The Board is proposing at the agm a final dividend of 0.7 pence per share for 2015, giving a total dividend for the year of 1.4 pence per share.

My main hunt was for a nice little divy return share, i would be happy to pay up to 14 pence for around 10% a year return. Hitting 19 pence is still over 7% on the divy. We have spiked to 20.75 pence, which the trades really don't add up... some iffy 805 ones in there. Realistically we have next week for the AGM, and week after for x div must be worth more than where it is now ;p

who knows looks like some games with the trades, could be a delayed buy, or a sell. Such a small amount of buys around the spike price,looks iffy to me.

I have been watching this one for a couple of weeks, thinking about if i should buy in or not,lol Today i did the deed, it looks a promising company, the 2 % div on IPO value each year also looks good for me at almost 20% a year return :)

Looking at this company, is it worth investing for an income share? looking at the dividend`s returns on the way it looks attractive with the 15.8 pence and 63.4 pence special dividend. Just not so sure on the share consolidation

Just wondering if any body got any idea of what this company could be worth? Looking at a shed load of gold? what would the common market offer be for a buy out,10 percent of potental asset value or more or less?

Did look at these when sub 4 pence and didnt buy any, picked amc and pxs which have been good. sold 40000 pxs shares, and popped half the money into here. Currently invested in pxs, matra, gas,ipi, pnb,thinking about wkp again.

Any ideas on today, with 2 very good rises so far is there much more left?

finally we have some movement, have been holding on for weeks and weeks This morning was strange thought about jumping ship and making a profit, but got offered 4.95 at about 8.15 which made me thinkl this had more to go.Then the bid price seemed to go down as the share went up. spreed!!!! Hopefully we may here some news on the banking covs soon, which would help. Or has this been sorted?

Know what you mean , could always wave the pants in the air lol. some one may notice this share. At this price the company is value at less than the cash in the bank? Currently sat with 60,000+ and need some news soon!!!!. So gutted moved some money out of wkp as that was doing nothing, and popped it in here hoping for some nice news from the agm. come on 5p

Currently sat on 21000 of these and just wondering what other people think. They currently offer about a 5.5 percent return on a 13.5 pence share. Long term this will be worth the wait, still we have a nice 0.5p per share dividend on the way.For people on reg 1st july09.

AIM Rule 15 requires that the Company has to implement the investing strategy approved by shareholders to the satisfaction of the London Stock Exchange. Nothing to worry about in my eyes. The sale of panda,and change in direction needs share holder approval. And until this is done the company does not comply with this rule.

This is one to look at , bought on the hope they would post some good results(over heads were a joke). Bought some more when the price fell to its low, think as stated in results that they had something on the way. The share price is well down on the assets.And even more so now we have sold off the panda side and a new ceo adding 200k to the pot. Think we could see this one jumping about a bit. simon

Well must say this is a nice surprise, have been sat on these for a while and had given in waiting for a quick return. But with some news flow and + feeling this should tick up Another share worth a look is AFE, which could be about to fly to the moon and back or not DYOR. Or long term property wise ipi/wkp nice to get into cheap shares with rise in price and divs in the future
