Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Irresponsible lazy reporting from all news networks. Sent this to BBC....... Perhaps it’s now that we start to fly the flag and challenge poor reporters .....
It seems a shame that whilst things are looking grim you never seem to report on positive news. For example British company novacyte already have a test that will identify the new strain. Or synairgen, who have a final phase trial for an intervention in patients being admitted to hospital, greatly improving chance of survival, and early release, thus freeing up the NHS.
Please try and make the reporting balanced as well as giving people hope, instead of the easy option of criticising the government..... that’s not journalism, it’s just taking a contrary view whatever the decision.
Proper journalism could make a positive impact on our society at present. Perhaps one of your reporters could report on the positive for a change.
Can’t help feeling that sng will be asked to pull all the stops out to finish next phase of trial. Hopefully vaccines will still work with new strain, but the rate of hospitalisations will increase, and the need for early intervention sng001 will be needed more and more to keep death rates down......

Two posts so far on lse. Congrats for having 100% record at drivel...... stop floundering around like a lost sole, f eel the positivity. Good cod man.... don’t linger here if you are only carping on with your bleak outlook. You’re a minnow here, so stop being a clown...fish
Everyone expects news to be in Jan...... if reading this (lol) Graham could you perhaps chuck in a cheeky rns before Christmas just to fill us all with Christmas cheer and enable us to slice a little bit to buy the turkey and trimmings.... I’m all in here.
The thing I would mention Acuere is that both the previous drop occasion I’m sure I’m right in saying that a well timed rns trigger recovery and climb. One thing I would say about the diagnostic companies is that they all drift on no news even though the fundamentals haven’t significantly changed. I listened to the whole of the parliamentary debate yesterday and the is one thing very clear..... by the time the gov finish roll out plans everyone, and I mean everyone will be required to do very regular testing...... so we just could do with a cheeky rns update on short term progress plans.
Trouble is for the gov.... if they pull it now then they will be hauled over the coals. They don’t need another disaster..... so they will finish it off and move on....... politically that’s the only move they have.
When I listened to mat H in parliament yesterday one thing he did stress was that he was embarking on bringing “new generation tests” to all. (For those who didn’t see post yesterday, this comment was after speaking about the success of care home pilots and wanting to bring that testing to all care homes). I suspect, although not sure, that they are using up the Chinese stuff, then to move onto new generation testing....... so it may be that over the coming weeks months we start to see the end of old tests and more of ours.... just an observation but it does tie in with the vast prep work being done by ncyt.
Posted earlier on carehomes with a bit of resulting derision. I can only assume I hadn’t made the implication clear enough........ it’s not the who it’s the when. My logic is if it is to be in place before Xmas then I’d expect a great rns in the next week or so spelling that out, not ages away. In turn this price would be history..... so I continue to sit on my hands since March
