Very glad that Reabold placed at .85 before this wide market correction happened. They have no reason to come back to the market now and can use their huge cash pile to go shopping and wait out the market dip.

Would be a lot worse if they hadn't raised then, and now were unable to buy good assets because the share price is too low to place new shares.

Nonsense. Drop started when CFO resigned, and was then met with the general market decline hitting multiple sectors but especially tech. No need for baseless conspiracy theories.

Rachel will be working with the interim CFO for 5 weeks to ensure a smooth handover too. This is all being done extremely cautiously and prudently.

Nothing weird about an interim CFO. Recruitment for a board-level role typically takes longer than the notice period for those departing. Thus it is quite normal to take on somebody for the period between. The 'long term' aspect is a misreading of the RNS - that is the maximum term, a replacement may and probably will be found far more quickly.

Ah well that explains today. At least it's finished, perhaps some sanity can be restored now.

Takes time when this field hasn't produced in some time, lots of equipment and facilities need to go in to make this a 'production facility' beyond just the well itself.

If there is a delay it'll probably something as pedestrian as a delay in sourcing a particular part, something delivered that didn't work, a particular inspector or worker off sick etc.

I just spoke to Ray and I'm sure he won't mind me sharing that he made the very valid point that if you look at other tech stocks, the whole sector has taken a huge hit this week. Not sure why. But it's a very relevant point - this is not a Bango problem specifically.

As for 'needs good news and quickly', I direct your attention to my previous post's quote from the IC. Bango is on the cusp of a step-change in the scale of the business.

This idiot is trying his crap on the Reabold board too. Just doesn't seem to understand what offshore means, or quite how far offshore this is. It's not at the end of Bournemouth pier lol. Local councils have no jurisdiction here and the government are very keen on energy security. This is a non issue.

It all sounds good for EMH to me, perhaps in my blinkered optimism.

It sounds like the debate has moved on. It sounds like it's now a 'how did this happen' debate more than a challenge to the legal right to mine.

As I have said since the start and never wavered from, it will end with Diamo taking some part in downstream processing (using a payment metric linked to tonnage to make it seem like they're 'making money from Czech resources') and possibly an equity stake.

In any case the right to mine is not being questioned. It is turning into an internal debate which is fine for us!

The UJO deal doesn't mean Reabold missed out, they could still participate in that drill. However there are clearly lots of other options being explored.

It's not that the penny hasn't dropped, it's that they also announced a placing to raise funds for it. AIM investors are dumb about accretive placings.
