Thanks. Certainly the content Mirriad would place products would be far less problematic for brands that online that is largely unknown. Brands take a huge gamble with online advertising as they dont know what content they might be sitting alongside. Feels that Mirriad being early to this space are educating the market. Will just take Amazon/Prime or Google/youtube to come along and completely simplify the whole process so its as simple as brands spraying ads around the web. Yes. All trying to talk the shareprice down to get back in :) Everyone is onboard that is needed to close the finance. Its painfully slow but remember we have over $100m of sweat equity as out contribution that banks have agreed lending against. Harry has no leverage but to wait this out and close when everyone is happy to do so. Its disappointing AFC does not appear to be ratified, or if it has we have not been updated. This was supposedly a formality. Come on Harry give us the update we are all waiting on for last 3 years!

This is more a case study of how Mirriad used Jupiterone cybersecurity technology in their offering. i hope Mirriads programmatic offering makes all of this a little more streamlined and moves away from relying on lumpy deals that must take a lot of work to secure and are not necessarily repeating meaning new effort required to win the next customer. Fine if those deals becomes big and numerous through their partners as hoped but brands simply want to upload their products and let Mirriad insert where they can split the spoils. If they can crack that they have a serious billion dollar company but they need to break the back of this before it breaks the bank of Mirriad.

My comment about bolting together was facetious. The point was Darren is putting in place logistics to ensure we have an operational mine up and running as quickly as possible and i suspect we can shave some time off this schedule as a result. Very happy that in a few months everything is moving forward at high speed and Condor investors can be thankful we are cracking on. I do not think any investor could stomach any more dithering.

Good thing about Drachs is those shares will likely never be sold as they are focusing on dividends and eventual exit for $2bn sale in 3-5 years depending on gold price and cashflow. Historically if we do not get annuals in April they have at least given a trading update in March. Feeling pretty confident some of our projects are in a very good place. Just need for Eqtec to confirm what we are learning from 3rd parties. If Northfork now in hot commissioning this for me is the big one as this could lead to dozens of additional projects given fall out for recent wildfires that caused billions of losses and Eqtec not only plays its part but provides jobs and energy so it ticks all the boxes.

Been watching closely and while i am rooting for a positive outcome and waiting on actual news i can see someone offloading after each bounce. Not saying we have classic pump and dump here as i think posters are genuine but someone is dropping millions of shares regularly on each rise. Lets hope for real news soon.

Great news. This is what Greg Stangl said so if we are moving into Hot commissioning we in the final stretch and would be a massive milestone to get this project live as Wilseyville and dozens more are waiting on success of Northfork. Hopefully also helps Northfork exit Chapter 11 and prove Eqtec is a key part of reducing forest fires. Will be HUGE news and catalyst for a major re-rate on a good outcome here!

This stock is a traders dream but if we get the RNS on real sustainable revenue things could change. At the same time Mirriad have enough cash until August based on historic cashburn so its quite an interesting time. So far it looks like Mirriad are doing everything they can to make programmatic offering a serious revenue generator. Certainly hope so.

Darren has smashed it out of the park and while its not mentioned this could easily cut 3 months from first pour and removes all the risk of delivery by having it all on a chartered ship. Be interesting what Darren does with the crusher we bought new from first majestic for $5m as either use it or sell it on. Very important news on La India as it sets the timeline.

If interest deadline was eo feb we probably need a week or more to process anything. Anything substantial i doubt Harry can talk about it in advance except to say he has indicative proposals. He said he had interest so something will come of it, at least a backstop so Artar pay their fair price for the remaining 15% if thats the plan but i think Artar wants a major to buy in as they do not have mining expertise and suspect without Kefi Artar are possibly less able to execute. Also a little quiet on ratification of AFC so hopefully we get some news this week as he cant set deadlines and not update market once dates have passed.

Surrey et al, every thought of investing more in Metals? step back and long term prospects look very good. If things go to plan we are a £1bn company in 2 years at target gold production and values. Issue with buying into development assets is they can take 12-15 years to come to fruition, as you probably know, and you get diluted to kingdom come along the way, probably by a factor of 5-10 over that time period and the the crash in the share price over that time without significant value being added, that can largely only be achieved when close to production. With a producer it is the reverse as we have already seen metals do a share buy back and plenty of cash incoming so we can look forward to the reverse and potentially years of buy backs boosting eps and share price. There might be more excitement buying into the frothy RNSs of jam tomorrow but nothing beats real cash, especially when there is a market that will buy your product come rain or shine. Most explorers have rarely got back the money they received from investors and that does not factor in the cost of money and inflation. gla

Sometime in March but with Harry never can tell but there must be a lot of pressure now from all sides to get this concluded and 5-10x over next 12 months with a Saudi deal supposedly on track.

I have to say one thing that makes me interested in Mirriad is the ad format because its new and non invasive and often new formats for some years have a very high and positive consumer response. Ads in the breaks are such a waste as so many people are not engaged and switch off. This format is part of the future of product placement and can see brands bidding against one another to feature in most popular shows and content. I am just waiting to know if Mirriad has enough runway as they have been educating the market and maybe years early but in 18 months this type of solution will be standard and i just hope it is Mirriad that becomes defacto standard. Obviously Meta or Google etc will have long acquired it or built a competitor. I think Amazon has a competitor product but someone buying Mirriad is almost expected if Mirriad can cut costs and boost revenue and stay in contention for the market to catch up.

I think if you step back and look at the big picture and trends then you solve most of your concerns. Hydrogen powered vehicles of all manners are operating very successfully today. Sure planes and cars are not immediately obvious solutions without investment but 1kg of hydrogen that creates 40kwh energy requires 50-55 kwh of electricity so there is a loss. However even when you can use electricity the national grid loses 8% just in tranmission, that does not factor the crazy situation when the national grid tells providers to stop their wind turbines etc as power cant be used but still charge consumers for that raising prices. Its obvious that all green energy sources should run full throttle and excess used to generate hydrogen. Scotland is especially known to have to turn off its wind turbines for long periods as there is simply too much energy created and no use for the energy. Hydrogen can take up the slack. Better than battery storage and its environmental impact.

Next week i am predicting news (hopefully positive). If its not Hawaii (they have environmental permit and all funds in place) then Larissa as that was in final commissioning or Northfork moving into hot commissioning, maybe one of the many France projects with Idex will crack on. Croatia, Italy, Ireland…… No real news since last September, not counting GTL partner that is slowburn. Given so much was said to be happening its frustrating we have had any titbits, as if DP was up to something, and had to rely on 3rd parties like Phoenix Energy and Simonpietr for updates on projects. What has happened is it has allowed some people to trade on news by keeping track of projects (well done to them) and doing the job of the board.

Your main argument is cost, which is kinda short sighted. Used to hear same about solar panels but solar is now cheaper than any fossil based fuel per kwh over time and cost of sun never goes up and not linked to supply and demand, while panels grt cheaper and cheaper. In 10 years everyone will be economically motivated to have solar on everything. There are loads of examples of solar farms converting to hydrogen, especially in places like Australia and Saudi. It is also pretty simple for governments to tax environmental damage caused by fossil based fuels and subsidise Hydrogren. Happens all the time but for that to work there is more investment needed on infrastructure. But hydrogen has only water as its bi product and abundant so when you step back and look at this clearly and with correct support its going to be all over the place, but cars quite late.

According to others more knowledgeable Hawaii project is all cleared for takeoff. They appear to have got their Environmnental permit in place on 23rd February that presumably set the share price moving as Eqtec could be shortly presented with a nice 8m contract but have to wait on that as this is the last hurdle for the Hawaii project signoff. Could be an incredible set of news shortly as this is just one of a dozen projects in various states. Its a great update that can only beef up our valuation in Saudi. I wonder if we can keep JQ and sell Hawiah. If we sell it all we should realise at least $40m+
