My point is the market cap should have gone up considerably more than just the combined market cap (marriage value) as Nicaragua is now fully funded and derisked. Had Condor done this alone its market cap would have been 50% more. Also we havr jettisoned a lot of wasted expense on salaries and market listing costs. Just saying i am expecting a bigger uplift to recognise this and not forgetting gold is up 10% since acquisition and Metals has stayed around 6p.

Results hopefully out later this month. Could help push on to 8p+ i am still surprised market has not added any value for marriage value between condor and Metals. Seemed a perfect fit so only a matter of time before this value starts to be added. We have bought mine that will land in Nic in May so in meantime Darren and team can get everything ready and try and get mine up as fast as possible and turn on the cash taps!

I am sure if the management team knew the future they would have made better decisions and certainly sooner but the pivot has been the right one but probably should have been started a year earlier than it did. With this deal out of the way i hope they can do what they have done in previous years and release earlier than June so investors can get up to speed. DP said last september we are on path to profitability so hope that 2025 we deliver that as borrowing money or even placings when you are profitable is a lot easier.

All will be revealed as interims are due and can where we are. The current price is an anomally, largely down to poor decision making by management and not a reflection of the company prospects and value. The Compact warrants kick in at 1.5p and we should have an improving situation towards breakeven or possibly profit this year. Lots to play for and possibly great time to average down as i expect good news incoming.

Also Compact invested £3.8m so this deal gets Eqtec from having to invest anything further. All shareholders should push forward so that Eqtec sell off our plants including Italy and Northfork (once we get out of Chapter 11) as based on previous valuations these were worth £5-£10m. The pivot expressly states a move to IP sales and services so these need to be sold off asap so we can focus on that.

I think the lack of news is because last interims spelt out all projects and that news was covered. I agree new equipment orders have not happened but who knows. Its obvious some of radio silence was to secure this deal. If shareprice yo-yos (easily done at crazy valuation today) it might have caused problems with Compact deal. I am not happy it is .85p as thats a bargain but now this deal is out of the way i suspect better newsflow and maybe bring some confidencw back as we are led to believe breakeven is possible this year. Technically if we comE out of Chapter 11 on Northfork we will make a technical profit anyway but its equipment orders we want to create real revenue. Compact GTL JV is a jam tomorrow and we are no longer on hook for investment. Eqtec can enjoy orders and service contracts to JV.

We are still worth almost nothing in grander scheme of things £3m market cap so upside is massive and if it takes £1.5m cash top up so be it. I am more interested in Northfork, Hawaii and France to name just a few. Personally think £30m market cap is a bargain but Eqtec have runway to breakeven if we believe the forecasts.

We have plenty more projects worth focusing on and the JV was forgotten as a core revenue generator as is the focus. im glad we are out as it limits capital expense and can focus on selling services to the JV and possible equipment orders. Buying sub .85 today seems pretty great entry.

Shares look very cheap sub .85p. Frankly i had completely forgotten about the JV so if it comes off and CompactGTL invest a lot into the JV, now it owns 100%, we get orders off the back so fits our model of not investing into these high capital expensive JVs. I am pretty happy with this as Compact GTL are taking on the risk and we get a free carry as they will also need to pay Eqtec for services now we are not in JV. Not entirely happy Compact got shares at .85 as we are this low on an anomally and the share price could have been much higher but should see a lot more positive news now this is done.

All the updates from other posters are very encouraging and very impressive. Mirriad has started the newsflow, presumably in the hope of supporting any drive Mirriad will be doing to drum up or support potential investors. It is also odd Mirriad have not done more to confirm its programmatic offering but it might be the case they are looking to do some bigger announcement or still in beta testing. All incredibly exciting but very high risk at this point in time. If Mirriad can confirm revenue into the future it will help them access funding, potentially from other sources than a placing, which would be preferred given the market cap of Mirriad is so low. The 100% swings show potential here. keeping a close eye on and looking to join once we get clarification on its business strategy after July/August.

Harry will have got something from EG on ratification of AFC. It has slipped but it happens but given we have hired more senior people to join TK team it looks it is still ontrack and AFC ratification will drop anytime. I suspect price will rise but frustrating still the same.

AFC ratification could happen any day and while we wait the project is moving. While not happy its not happened yet after all talk from Harry i am sure it will be very soon.

Whats another quarter between friends :) We are moving forward and closer than ever to close this chapter but Harry sure does test patience of investors.

Looks like a Crypto bloodbath today. Sol down 20% today and 60% from just a few months. Gold will be a safe haven and if Kefi can finish this long drawn out affair we will be a magnet for investors. Now is a good time Harry to deliver!

When NF goes this live this quarter and works satusfactorily and we get out of Chapter 11 and get our 25% stake back worth maybe $5m+ then hopefully the US market will open up and those other sites will fall into place. Its been a very long time coming but NF will be a very big deal. Eqtec is a massively leveraged bet as we are worth £2.5m so thanks to DP screwing over pus relentlessly last 3 years this is where we are at. We xould just as equally be worth £25m as we could £2.5m as both are still non sensical valuations if we secure stable operation. Its a pretty pivotal time for Eqtec and ive averaged down many times so banking that lack of news at least means what they said in last interims are fair reflection of last 6 months. Sadly no France yet but many projects slowly progressing and i sense lack of news positively as well as DP keeping a low profile as was outrageous in 2021 pumping the stock on ridiculous revenue and profit forecasts, they were so off it is scary on reflection. However a good slew of projects have keep moving forward and we have never been stronger. Gla

Every push forwards helps clean out the deadwood so all positive and to be expected as many Condor holders got trapped in a company going nowhere until Metals came along. I guess some investors cant spot a good company when they see one. At least one of our ex condor board has a better eye on what is going on from his recent purchase. I thought it was mentioned somewhere it can be used in the proposed mine build? i am sure Darren will put to good use or sell or on to pay for mine we just bought for $10m and give us a free mine. The mind boggles just how impressive Darren has been. Great to turn a $60m initial capex requirement into almost 0 if we managed to sell on the SAG. We are due results later this month so it could be a stellar month as gold at unprecedented high and there is news potentially on drilling updates and possibly much more.
