LOTM great insight. I have learnt many lessons painfully and more focused on the transformational news and miss the jump but buy into the journey as Mirriad could be worth £100m+ on profitable growth and when it finds its backbone revcnue stream. seen too many great tech etc go into placing death spiral or simply have too many overheads and hit a brick wall because they are too early to the market and not bridged the chasm only for some johnie come lately to take the market. If the news of real and focuses on consistent revenue from programmatic i will be buying. In the webinar when they bring up the screen showing all the partners and moving parts in a campaign it is complex and often not easy for a UK company to muscle into a US market, not least the expense. Many have tried and failed. While the prize is big they do seem to have spread themselves thin and cost cutting will only make that worse. Programmatic should have been the focus from a lot sooner as traditional advertising models are very lumpy and why so many agencies tend to merge together to get safety in numbers. So easy for an agency to lose their biggest client and go pop in 6 months trying to replace it. Mirriad needs to double down on becoming part of the fabric and almost be invisible taking a cut. they are doing a lot right but really hoping something comes in tangibly on the revenue side or get an investment from a big party that will really use their brand to push the idea. If i invested just with my heart Mirriad has it all but been bitten too many times and now need to see proof of the revenue.

Hopefully the 6p old guard sellers can move so things can start to motor. We are right at the bottom of the Lassonde curve and now just waiting on the starting gun to begin the the ascent.

There is so much wasted energy that using it to convert into hydrogen through electrolysis is a good use of that energy. Also solar farms in the desert that has nothing to power can be used to convert to hydrogen at relatively low cost. I have used hydrogen cars and they are brilliant and JCB are well ahead at converting its diggers etc to Hydrogen. Most of Europe is also moving towards Hydrogen, albeit slowly. planes will probably evolve to cleaner aviation fuel but hydrogen is a long way off for planes, but never say never as technology for hydrogen generation and storage is improving daily. its the cleanest of all fuels and abundant so long-term i think it is more like to replace batteries and biofuels!

Listened to the interims webinar. Plenty of useful info snd new CFO working hard to lower costs to give them more runway. He also said no plan to do another placing, although back in Sept. One thing that was discussed was issue of permission about what happens if you place an ad on a wall of a building in the content without permission. You would hope some digital law would allow users to overlay content on walls etc without fear of lawsuits given its their content but i can see problems arising if a video gets 1bn views and adverts placed somewhere without permission as there is money pursuing. Its clear advertisers are possibly cautious and why its mostly focused on content where all permissions are sourced. Still s big market. Also does not stop advertisers placing products and many other things but on public spaces and i am sure in the age of AI Mirriad can refrain from injecting content into litigious areas. He also brought up complication of advertising in sports etc. feels like to me Mirriad would be better in hands of Meta/Disney/Google or Netflix who could shoulder this better and have brand recognition but their attempt to sell in 2023 did not come to anything. This will be the future of advertising and so much better than forcefed ads but Mirriad need to make it to September with revenue that can sustain the business while they sort out the backbone revenue. Still feels revenue is sporadic from different sources and they need a steady partner. Mirriad is a bargain if they can prove the revenue over next 3 months. Looks pretty tight though and the cost cutting might need to be deep. Definitely on my close watchlist as i really want Mirriad to succeed. I just wonder if an agency will invest and integrate into their own offering as its a bargain and clearly a great add on.

Market has moved. I am seeing all my out of favour small caps growing rapidly. Eqtec should have never dropped below £25m, but £2.5m was ridiculous. I can say same about many small caps that are all in ascendancy. News will drop and when it does £25m will be the base market cap when comparables like PHE are £50m. Yes DP totally let this collapse on his watch and he placed shares with weak hands that carried on selling down. We live and learn.

Biggest change will be China upping its fuel blend of ethanol as i read it was only E2 on average against hope of E10. Seems likely this will tick up in time. Other factor is CNE focusing outside China as Romanian deal could spur many others in Europe as CNE are top drawer on tech but just lack sales in Europe to close deals.

Well all i know is China commitment to clean energy investment continues to grow. In 2024, China’s clean energy investments reached $940 billion and clean energy sector contributed 10% to China’s GDP. China is accelerating investment and biofuels are a key part of reducing carbon emissions and diversifying energy sources so i hope CNE benefits from all this. Been years now since we had some big projects (seemed to frop off when the brown paper bags got caught) but we should start to see Romania and surely a few biggies in China. Company seems financially stable at least but at a silly market cap but CNE need to deliver sales growth.

There are billions of youtube videos and i wonder what are the chances youtubers could somehow inject adverts into their videos through Mirriad, either through Mirriad doing a partnership with youtube so its a plugin for youtubers or manually uploading via mirriad to collect ad spots and then get paid based on views? the current process of single advertisers working with specific content seems a lot of work and potentially campaign based. If and when Programmatic solution takes off exactly what will this mean to advertisers and creators and what platforms will it be possible? The elephant in the room must be youtube and Netflix but never seen either mentioned. Just exploring the scaleability as to date it looks stop/start and focused around a budget for specific brand.

But i wonder if Equinox might fancy Metals in the future? Equinox know La India project but personally like to get an update on secondhand mine purchase and timeline to get La India first pour. Hopefully some news soon.

Market cap still a ridiculous £3m?? Eqtec invested £50m over last 5 years and have a whole load of projects in different states. Greece was in final stages of completion, Italy operational but no real update, Hawaii projects ready to go, France projects waiting on subsidy info, California in cold commissioning and live Q2. Just a few of the projects on our near horizon.

We should never have really dropped below 1p but we did so i think this is largely getting back to where we should have been. Waiting on news and something must be brewing. Long may it last back to 5p or so to give a starting point.

Boot filling is what is going on. If any news drops that lifts Eqtecs chance of nearing breakeven or simply proves tech is being adopted i cant even think that even £25m is a starting point and that is incredibly almost 10x where we are today. This i still less than half what was invested last 5 years. I guess some investors are second guessing as almost a dozen projects in last interims at different stages. This was last September. Cant all be dusters right as that is what the current share price is predicting :(

This 15% (sad its so low now) is door money for a major to get on the fast track in Saudi. Artar needs someone with expertise and logistics and a major miner needs access to the mountain of licenses Artar have secured with Kefi. I doubt Artar will not want to buy the 15% and ideally want a major onboard as so many targets to get cracking on and mines to build. Artar are not in that game.

Will not take much volume to get back to 1p+. Crazy we got this low but the timing of DPs last placing really did not help confidence but so much news could drop in Q1 that investors are second guessing something will happen, unless they know something we do not. Gla as this will do many multiples on any news.

Well only so many percent someone can mop up st these levels before we jump. Im happy to invest more but want to see some news first, even if i miss the crazy low we are at but the right news (profitable 2025) and we know this should 20x over next year.

I had a few tucked away with HSBC and Hargreaves. Former needed a bit of cajoling to make sure it was done and took until start of Feb to have everything in place. Hargreaves had it done and dusted mid January. I think they have so many Condor shareholders that investors on their case early doors. With gold going strong Metals and cash pile growing i am surprised we seem to be stuck around 6p. Maybe a Condor investor slowly offloading. just wish they would hurry up as we should be moving on quickly.

2phevs great insight into Mirriad. Could this also work by inserting product placement into certain Youtube content, with youtubers consent? Why hasn't Netflix integrated this? Benlabs seems a key relationship but i am not sure it is a benevolent one when it comes down to it.

The key is progress on a its programmatic development. Linear TV is going into reverse and why Mirriad saw revenues crater. Mirriad could be cheap potentially if it can transition to programmatic and access different content to inject content but it has £8m overheads a year and only £4.8m cash at end of year. It had 6-8 months left of runway before needing cash or a big injection? placing seems hard given it is on the floor unless massive dilution. Any thoughts as feels to me someone will get this prepack in administration later this year?

Does feel like we are about to be launched in to orbit! Not much remains of February and this is ridiculously cheap if we get AFC ratification and if we get a whiff of a Saudi deal then could easily double or triple without even breaking into a sweat. Big movements will happen when we get the cash in the bank as anything with Harry is always not straighforwards :)
