Given gold has smashed $4700 feels like we are very light on share price today and plenty more to come. If the deal does get done then $5k+ or retesting $5.5k is not unlikely. I am sure there is people in Iran and Trump team trading this nicely.

Kefi should massively re-rate. Gold flying and everything in place for $400m FCF with todays gold price for Kefi shareholders in 18 months time. we stand at almost 40% discount to that which means someone making a cheeky offer could pay back borrowing in 9 months from free cashflow. Crazy really when you look at Saudi could be worth a lot of it goes for stock market listing. If Artar did that and we got $1-$2bn valuatiom based on comparable stock market listings in Saudi we would net a decent amount of cash. Just like before the rise will be fast once overhang is gone.

$4670 so far. Where it stops depends on Iran deal. Will fly over $6k if there is whiff or sorting a decent deal. Hold onto your hats as take off could be near!

With the board loaded up lets hope they crack on. Certainly will help if Trump finally sorts out his mess and get the gold price back up to where it was 3 months ago but at the same time Harry has everything he needs now to start pushing the right messages, show real progress and start the long overdue update as we are a tasty takeover target today, barely 50% of first year FCF so a buyer could get back their purchase price within 6 months o going live. I think a takeover will happen if we continue to stay at these crazy prices but the more progress is made on TK the better.

We also need to remember we are investing in the UK stock market that has seen a net exodus of capital since Brexit so that needs to be fixed or we just sit and wait for a Foreign company to snap up Metals. Most people i know stopped investing in UK stocks not long after Brexit and focused elsewhere. Frankly it was probably a good move. Metals will come good as i have confidence that as a debt free company that dividends will be shared sooner than we think. The board are keen and most will only see a return as they will not well until we are taken over. That might not be long as once La India is firing up as if dividends are not announced and we trail as 1 x FCF its just rude for someone not to buy.

Well valuation of Saudi will be juicy and increasingly so as JQ goes into financing and Hawiah adds more ouzes. One reason for valuation is to enable to borrow against it and useful for conversations. Saudi has a premium and kefi and Artar are almost the top dogs in the country and in the cusp of coming good. This is a huge opportunity and we will see our underlying valuation continue to climb month to month as we move towards production. However i will not be happy until we see 2p in the rear view mirror and then some over the next few months. Gold price will be the main catalyst for a major re-rate.

Bonkers how this was so oversold but some lucky investors are getting in at rock bottom prices. Wish i did!

Incredible update and finally back on the front foot as it drew a line under some niggles. Gold prices firming and the march is on back to 1.8p over next month and my guess is some Trump deal on the table that will lead to big rise in gold and fall in oil. That would do wonders. What weekend will Trump get that deal across the line.

we are a multi juristication gold producing behemoth in waiting and today valued at less than chip wrapping. han****, who we are partnered with in saudi could buy us for a weeks fcf. put that into perspective how undervalued we are. newmont etc all could buy kefi and not even notice. everything has fallen into place now just for investors to spot the opportunity. gla

Just what the doctor ordered and very positive and bullish. Key is no placing and these massive projects are going to get valued to add to our ballooning asset base. This will help push us back over 1.5 in time and if Iran and US can stop playing poker this weekend will turn things around. Back up we go!

All will come good in the long-term and value will prevale. I wonder how those numbers will look over 18 months as Metals perhap got ahead of itself but DP has said he hopes to conclude a deal in the Phillipines or elsewhere in May/June so this could be a major re-rate. The big re-rate comes nearer to La India as it changes the game. We are debt free and dividend should be announced promptly as we have no financing. In Y1 FCF over $300m cash will pile up and should be distributed as it will be almost more than our current market cap. Not many investments offering that level of return. When it happens we will be conservatively 30-60p depending on factors.

Great timing. We stand at a point where our market cap is same has historical investment to date, around £170m of which a large chunk of that is our equity now in TK. Kefi needs to confirm financing complete as while all parts are in place we dont have that final piece of paper saying no more conditions precedent and contractor on site and some photos. Saudi has been quiet for 12 months and i can only assume Harry is holding back update. I am hopeful we get RNS this week or next to close of financing and confirm contractor on site doing some engineering. Crazy days but expecting is a 1.5p dividend per year from 2029 which will comfortably support at 15p share price in time. Gla

1911 are targeting only 50k ounzes at (AISC) US$1,897 per ounce and the company needs to raise significant capital to restart the mine by 2027? Still valueD similar to Kefi today though and we have 40% less AISC and 3x production target and fully funded??? Not saying 1911 are not still undervalued but makes Kefi look like a screaming buy as we are miles ahead in FCF, i mean generating over 10 times more once we are in production and we are overfunded to production so room for any issues. Throw in Saudi assets and you can fall of your chair. Kefi should be 3-4x today valuation to even compare with 1911 but i guess Canada is safer but its so costly to have a mine in Canada so much more pressure to keep high gold price. Always grateful to see comparables though to keep a check that Kefi is a once in a lifetime opportunity!

ERvery month towards first pour we derisk and should see a rise accordingly. Not long now and he 20k of driling results should start being released in quick succession now we have a lab onsite operational. DP said he hopes to close deal in H1 in Phillipines so that has been in the works and he would not have said that without some confidence. Regardless we trade at less than 1 x forecast FCF for 2027 so plenty of room for considerable improvement. we are currently in limbo a little as we are mid way through La India, Phillipines needs some clarity, Iran situation so i guess some unknowns holding things up. what we are alost 100% sure of is that La India is going to generate massive profits for shareholders regardless so i see Phillipines as a nice to sort out situation, which is pretty obvious it will in due course as we have plenty of cash and shares to make something happen.I wonder if we might be facing our own takeover though as frankly we are massively undervalued in 2027.

Problem is as a spac today you still have a team of people and all the overhead liabilities if it was acquired along with all costs of taking over. We are hardly in Spac territory as they are normally cleaned and ready wheras Mirriad has a lot of issues. Question is whether patents or brand or tech has any value. Because it only cost £10k to buy 6% and generateca TR1 i do wonder if its just a pump and dump. Quite clever really if it but could only make £10-£15k so far off the back of this. Personally hoping someone does something as Mirriad at least had a known brand and some relationship.
