A month til annual results, will be interesting to see what they do with the 20 odd million from the sale of the generator arm. Would be nice to see some of the debt cleared and further tech investment.

While 1500 seems wild right now, I can see it going there if the SMR business is sorted out with concrete guarantees from the government.

Even without SMR and no massive engine orders, there's lots of other things going on to push it up

New markets - reactors for spacecraft, narrow body aircraft partnership... potentially jumping on the various new multirole jets being developed etc etc

It seems RR is much further along than every other company and it's proven technology from the subs.

Bearing in mind how much uk government have already invested in the RR SMRs I don't see them getting nothing out of the tender. In some ways not getting the full order would be good for RR as rollout would be much faster than other successful bidders, hopefully catching other countries eyes

Same here, I lost a couple of k on the way down, got out before the big drop, bought back in and have sold the original investment. I think things will inevitably go quiet for a while get some traceback ( reinvest) then come back strong again with more news

The partnership with Bond from next year, Fusion project etc.

I think they are suffering from lack of self promotion. Many of the services they offer aren't clear unless you visit the website (electric car charger points, second hand bikes etc)

Also to be more prominent in the garage sector.

I think that's old news, they talked about it some time ago. And the headline is wrong, they aren't taking over the business they're farming it out, presumably under licence.

Might come back to bite me, but I don't see Lloyds having an issue here, hardly hard sellers are they? From my own experience of car loans you tend to have Lloyds underwriting large car dealerships with a default pricing system and smaller dealerships using smaller firms that specialise in those with poorer ratings. I'd expect the latter to be more exposed.

Also findings won't be out until the end of next year, so not sure as it'll hang heavy for 12 months or that it'll affect Lloyds plans with the Telegraph cash

Three nuclear plants isn't enough for the current electricity demand, they are slow to build and renewables are inconsistent and have other impacts.

To meet the energy requirements for electric cars and heating alone is impossible at the current progression.

You're going to get some small movement aren't you, even when it's stable.

I sold at about 11:30 on 20th at 0.73, so that was before the RNS, but a few days after the AGM.

I got in fairly early on when it was around 17p...should have sold at 27p but have hung on since. in the bigger scheme of things, havent lost a huge amount, about 3k. I sold at 0.7 leaving me with about about £300, have since reinvested that at 0.235. even a return to last month's value would get my original investment returned...if it goes further downhill, well only it's £300 and worth the punt.

As a raise currently appears out of the question, I think they need to look at other funding options either through a joint venture or help from the Tanzania government. even if it ends up completely fruitless, it would be a good option for employing locals in skilled employment.

If you're in it for the long haul, sell them in chunks and move them over to ISA when new allowance starts

The Rolls SMR appears to be 3 times as powerful as the holtec with the same footprint.
