sorry, point is at 0.31, the large sells just through went through just under mid........

they aren't getting any sellers at 0.31, i suspect we finish flat at 0.32-0.34

agreed -really odd price action, we have willing buyers around the 0.34 area and they keep walking it down.....can only think they are filling another big order and need shares?

looks like we are going to finish flat for the day - not exactly a rush of buyers at 0.35 - would be happy with the flat finish given where we were this morning

and looking at the trades today, they have only been able to achieve full ask on the open, since then it has been near mid price at best

really does make me wonder about the second placing - why did we feel that placing price should be 0.3, was the cash injection too much to turn down that our buyer would only top-up at the same price they had subscribed to only a few days before? personally not really experienced an investor coming back a few days after a placing and asking for more, generally you would see an over-subscription on the original placing, hence we had to pay more fees for the second placing in terms of admin surrounding it......

I will be keeping a close eye to see if we receive a TR1 over the next few days to see who the top-up investor is, should be received by the end of the week.....

i think so - should be temporary as it will allow the MM's to accumulate shares less than placing price

i agree this will fly but not yet - we have been derisked given the news over the past month but and its a big but, the historic performance will hold this back until timelines are concrete, i have been involved in far too many companies which look fantastic on paper and should be worth 10-20 times more but inevitably are held back by poor and uncertain timelines.

I still hold a chunky position which i have traded in and out of on the way up to increase my underlying holding and will now just sit and wait.

unfortunately it didn't last long - for me personally, i think the momentum has been lost here, the second placement has probably spooked a few and they have probably taken profits off the table.
We need the next piece of news to be positive i.e the extension for this to move back into the 40's

Agreed - great to see UBS onboard and now following a formal sale process under the takeover code.
Hopefully this RNS will put peoples mind at rest - suggest forgetting about this one until the inevitable RNS lands later this year

This level really is key - it has to hold here otherwise i see a drop to mid 0.2's, albeit should be short lived. If we bounce here then the final attack on 0.5 should come within the next week.

Yes the story is great, risk is significantly reduce etc etc however, i have large holding here but the placing yesterday did leave a sour taste in my mouth. Why Art felt inclined to honour such a discount to the closing price on Friday i don't know, i suppose the next few weeks will tell us.
