Sometime all it takes is the right messages getting out there and a wider pool of investors taking an interest. Rock is on the map now and this is only going one way. Vastly undervalued and many many multiples to go. Lock as many away as you can and wait, dont trade em as it reduces the free float and adds to squeeze and the future rises taking shares out of the market, magnifying the SP. In a years time 1p-2p imo option, maybe much higher if deals are done ..

Depends how healthy a cash balance they want to maintain, you don't wait until your down to your last few quid as the deals worsen. Im not adverse to a couple of mil as long as very little discount and/or cornerstone and adds value. Probably a little early for a partner but you never know what's cooking ..

As long as there is no low ball dilutions, which they shouldn't have to do now as the value is clear to see, this should incrementally move forward, big news or not.. just a hold and wait.

Happy to take 150m to move on, 1.5p SP .. yes it under values it but we are mere shareholders who have press a button to buy stock and wouldn't knock a quick 7-8 bag to get out rather than to wait for rock to take this forward under there own steam and dilution ..

Why are all these warrants getting exercised recently, its often positioning for big news to have the liquidity - lets see, im getting the felling more and more that something is happening in the background here .. we are increasingly valuable and primed for a bigger fish to take this forward .. bidding war would be ideal ...

I know what you mean but valuations remain artificially low due to the nature of the small cap market in the UK. Usually stay depressed because liquidity is thin and a lot are just trading numbers on a screen rather than analysing intrinsic value. In many small caps, especially resource juniors value often isn’t recognised gradually. Instead, it tends to be realised in step-changes triggered by specific “value events,” such as a formal sale process or takeover approach

or a transformational RNS announcing materially higher resources/grades than expected. its just about holding out for those events and/or the end game. What we have wont disappear ..

Wouldn't say this was early stage, its been proved up year in year our for decades. Production in the 2020s no doubt but taken out well before then so the 'value event' could literally come anytime after this campaign .. the BOD don't want to do this forever and want their paydays ... ..JV/Sale a mixture .. who knows. I doubt very much ROCK in its current form mines this and why would they, they are explorer. 400--500m sale .. giving us a 30-40 bag.

Yep you often get this, news sinks in over the days ahead and value investors buy in. Gradual movement up will come, better than silly spikes and falls anyway.

I never really got the concern about number of shares. It’s the market cap that matters and that’s the same if you have 1bn shares of £1 each or 10bn shares of 10p. Of course it can put certain funds/iis off and visually it does t look great but doesn’t really matter overall - maybe add in the perception that that it must get heavily diluted regularly of course ..

Disappointing reaction as always these days on most small cap news, buy on rumour sell on news crew as always itchy fingers. Time will pay ..

It’s been in progress for years proving up a range of critical and valuable minerals. Not concerned about a few weeks, in the end the real value events are sale/JV/realisation of the value of our assets - likely within the next 12-18 months. Don’t trade em hold em and get on with life …
