We have already issued at 10p this year so to keep dropping the SP by issuing lower and lower doesn’t make sense. Directors have a vested interest in getting this to 20p minimum and DS know the potential value of the company. We also have to remember he said no placing unless for an acquisition so it wouldn’t really be great for sentiment if he suddenly went back on this position. SL

To all little Weasel trolls. The resolution is pretty normal, most companies have headroom as resolutions at AGMs, doesn’t mean these use them!! ‘Massive placement coming’ my ar$e!! You have time to get in in the morning ..just SL

To whip up support for Agm. Although there is nothing to worry about in those resolutions. The right to issue, resolution 4 is only to extend the powers passed last year, doesn’t necessarily mean will need the cash but its prudent that the facility is there is the case it it required, gives us some headroom. I wasn’t here in June 17 so no idea what your on about. As we have said before CEOs can’t win, they do t give time lines people moan too, in business things change, let him get on with his job, it’s all in hand so go chill out until you hear something instead of moaning daily. SL
