It is complex I know but firstly shareholders have to approve the warrants attached to the loans (which they might not) and secondly they are not at 0.13p, it will depend on the price at the time - from RNS ‘the lowest daily VWAPs of the Ordinary Shares during the five trading days immediately preceding the exercise of the Warrants‘ so could be much much higher. Agree with an odd point but ‘allow them to sell many hundred millions of shares’ isn’t true. There were 238m issues that have basically been sold. Not one more share could be issued without the circular and share holder approval of the loans and subsequent warrants in the next 3-6months. In the mean time a lot can happen and lots can change. We have lots to look forward to and I know this for fact. I won’t be posting a huge amount, better off in private groups with the likes of thom 87 around but believe me it’s all going to come together.GL SL

They will hardly have any left if any. Well over 200m gone and they only had 238m hence the price rising from a ‘fake’ low. Long way to go but back in 30s for starters now the fun and games over should be pretty quick. SL

There aren’t enough people in low to see a sell off of it rises. Most are +30 averages and have averaged down a bit. SL
