Id also expect a hell of a lot more than a bag on production revenue bud - it proves the concept, should do 5-6m mc this year minimum on the right revenue numbers and pricing in a bit of potential. gold is f@!king flying.

Its not even 1.5m we are currently 900k at this price, including placing. Which doesn't make sense as we are less than the mc of prior to the placing (WHEN IT HIT 4 THE WEEK BEFORE THE PLACING) yet with 400k in the bank. so much value to be had here.

The next deal should be much bigger. The point here is for 4m mc it could multiply very quickly. last stat6 deal was for 120m up front. So worth holding ...

The equity is up front in the SPV - it will sit on the balance sheet so add value - so im right. look at the graphic they posted on X it will make it clear... plus its within the next 3 years .. so that could be in 6 months. I doubt they will wait 3 years to monitise.

Abbbzzzzbaa - maybe also buy some stock now cos this is as cheap as you’re getting get in ..

Nope thee is equity in the SPV initially, read it again - ‘Initial consideration value of US$10 million’, which includes non-dilutive equity in the SPV.

In 3 years there could be up to 50m. It’s all in black and white.

They have also stated that income from gold sales will be reinvested. As soon as first gold sales are announced it becomes a different beast.

Again its market cap. if they don't issue any more shares of significance between not and next summer (which the last raise should get them too as they have stated) there should be enough news for a 1m valuation to become a lot higher.

My personal view is that there is good upside potential if buying now, over the next 6 months or so. hence ive taken a decent amount and will wait. It may pay off it may not. I don't/rarely day trade - in fact im stuck in various stocks now for far far too long, many years in some cases! SL

I hear you steve. i recon there is a spike or 2 in it from here however before any major dilution if current funds last to the middle of next year.

As long as they don't have a million quid bill and have to do it ..
