Commercial Opportunity in Japan

There is a two-fold commercial significance to the granting of the MK cell patent in Japan. Firstly, the Japan patent enables the opportunity to licence the MK cells to Japan Big Pharma companies for the Japan market alone, where the Roquefort Therapeutics' Board has extensive experience of working and partnering (including with Big Pharma companies such as Daiichi Sankyo, Astellas and Chughai).

Secondly, the granted Japan patent allows the Company to access an accelerated route-to-market for promising cellular medicines in Japan. The accelerated designation not only speeds up drug development, but also the market approval (MAA) assessment. The attractive benefit package that this designation confers includes market approval granted based on Phase 1 and 2 clinical trials if safety is confirmed[iii]. This may significantly increase the value of cellular medicines as this enables a cheaper and faster route to market.

Yet again you are just posting without any knowledge of the main point of the company, gas production near term! or more likely you do know and your posting is purposely misleading. hmmm now why would someone do that ...

You have conveniently skipped over the near term gas production that will bring in 100m in revenue (for a 3m mc company) - the mesh project is a sideline to this and longer term - first gas big near term value add.

But then you either invest in a growing business for the future or you don’t.

Similar but currently all we see is selling and it dragged on for a long time. I’d hope there are bigger investors in the wings on the open market but it’s not usually the way they buy in to small caps. The problem short term is instant win mentality which is all traders are after - and of course both rnss this week can add value (ebit) in the longer term but not the shorter term. Just a hold a wait.

There of course may be a bit of an equity element but I’d expect they would get that away at a much higher SP if a big chunk coming from a partner. Ive had email exchanges with the CEO to that effect that they will protect holders, which includes themselves

Read RNSs - tier 1 entry companies interested where 70m is peanuts. That clear enough .. if you building a massive project you only have a few options debt, equity, partners. How does any small company build a monster business .. money isn’t free. But if they get it right it’s going to blow the doors off. Red flags is not the right term and you know it .. that makes it sound dodgy.
