Ps there have been more buys than sells now today and the SP is regaining from the morning distressed sells.

The funds can then be allocated to more important 'value add' activities that will get us to first gold quicker and therefore become self sufficient earlier....

Again you have a lack of understanding as to why you might issue shares over paying in cash. By conserving cash and paying certain bills in shares you are negating the risk of more placings!!!!

Steve you need to read rns's before posting - last line .. you guys need to either buy shares or stop posting fud.

That wasn't a placing it was a share issue, i think you need to go back to investment school! No one cares about 9 grand and tiny amounts - we are taking about actual placings for several hundred k / millions and they are good until mid year. a few k for suppliers conserves cash.

The SP is annoying but it looks like it was only on a bored seller, as only a few k. Ranger - you know very well they have funds until Q2 2025 ...

No, what is dim is hanging around a chat board all day willing a stock to fall cos you cant bare others to win. Right things to do, not entertaining the inmates any longer.

And a tier1 deal will blow even the the potential top end market cap out the water as it stands, its still tiny.

Yes you have 195k to add, we all know that - the 'probably' but isn't part of the market cap until its a really as they may never excercise - until they do (and if they do) you cannot count it as market cap. end of conversation.

A lesson for you - mc equals (current) shares in issue (376.72m) x SP (0.15) = 560K - which of course may rise as more shares are converted and added or placings raise the share count.

Warrants only 'potentially' add to the mc until they are excersised .. which may never happen (although its likely).

Haha skid - of course i know the total share count is over 900m - ive been in this game a long time bud so when you don't know someone best not to comment. As steve points out the headline mc is just over 500k - you are talking about fully diluted - and of course that might never happen if the warrants are not exercised - so currently, with the share count is issue we are right.
