Here you go was just fa g packet stuff based on the numbers they are projecting but can uplift these now considerably based on the mine acquisition .. just for fun so fell free to question or correct:

by June this could be very big and x20 sp based on 10x pe multiple at an arbitrary 30% margin. its only a guide and quick stab and lots of variables so don't quote me but gives an idea of where this could go medium term and thats without our own processing:

5 tones a day at say 10 grammes a tonnes initially = £84x50 day / £126k a month. by june that’s x6 so 700k a month or 8.4m / year - 5x the current mc of 1.5m!

so @ 30% profit that’s 2.9m a year x 10pe 29m mc or 0.5 sp. 20x the current price

who knows but its possible based on the numbers in todays rns. sl

1.5m f@cking insane - do the calcs by mid 2025 on the low end your looking at 15mm mc 10bag at least, patience and ignore the cretins gets so boring after years on lse. And remember cash runway til Q2 when should be self sufficient .. the holy grail of small caps ... plus own processing plan in the works! a dream price here ... life changing for some who buy large. ..

This has got silly now, far too cheap state of the market today you buy a gold mine and SP down a few days later! folk were paying 3.2 a few days ago now -50%!!!! - first gold should put the naysayers out to pasture and stick a rocket up it - any time now ... just requires a bit of patience, mc is insane. gold also predicted to rise further into 2025.. hold for gold and reread my calcs based on the numbers they put out, 10 bag before mid 2025 minimum, forget the daily ups and downs, those that comment on them are short terrmers or enraged lths at -95% - strong buy SL

Yes but we need more value trades - only a few at a few k the rest are all bot trades at a few pounds or a few pence you can ignore. need a flow of larger £10K+ to shift it.

And adding assets at this point is good thing (and the market agrees hence the share price rising) - its not like the other asset is a major burden, its low scale and happening alongside. Its a great the asset pool is growing and the market cap is still tiny. should be able to pay our own way very soon via revenue - the holy grail for small caps. ill review my holding agian at intervals, for now i bid you farewell.

Yo are defo an old shareholder likley 90% down so taken his bat and ball home. If you buy now its a great risk reward, i don't care about echo i care about the future. you are still here for a reason .. if its not the above then another. But those who spend every day spreading negatively on a small cap board have a reason to be doing it. Im an investor, its simple, and exited by the future .. my last reply on this pointless - just buy more, sell, whatever you want to do, but stop spreading muck!

So the price was agreed with the upside in mind. their 124k in shares could be 1.2m eventually or more and they don't have to work for it! So they are getting the same exposure to the upside they may see! simples.

Steve - think of it this way. Ntvo as a whole has other assets so the seller is buying into a bigger operation and getting full exposure to ntvo via the share price rather than trying to operate and monetise a smaller operation. Makes complete sense. sit back and relax with the stock ... They now need to get on with it and make this profitable, will take a bit of time but the number sthey released could 10bag+ it over time at the current gold price, have a relook. Only needs to be making 1.5m profit to hit 15-20m mc on an average multiple. Judging it now is too early, patience will pay... from a risk/reward perspective i like it a lot.

Gold this month ramping up over the next 6 months. why you still deramping if you own stock. this is effectively a new a new business in a new asset class - you know that new ventures don't instantly pay right! most companies lose money to year 3 and don't start making a profit until year 4! give it time and relax value will be added as news flows in the the week and months ahead. first gold might be lowish but will prove to concept to ramp up .. and be a huge SP catalyst. Ps i know you are in from much higher but thats your bad timing so don't be bitter and add more at this silly low to get your average down ... your obviously interested or you wouldn't be here day in day out.
