If you have read enough rns's you will realise that the 'no guarantees' line related to potential contracts is standard wording when taking about potential contracts so its not a red flag at all.

You have to remember how low the mc is, any of these come off it flies. a balanced rns with a lot of opportunities in the pipeline.
