My calculations says this should be 3.54 right now

John, Did u get in 20p ? The short term future in gold is down - its not the safe haven anymore - I know for a fact all the big boys are moving into cryptocurrency. GGP could probably will fall to 12p but in 2/3 years its will be back up so your ok!
