Watershed or Cowshed moment?1 Nov 2021 12:41
For those posters that have been here since the dark days of 3p-5p there have been a few periods where expectations were high and "watershed moments" expected, only to fail to materialise. Some of these moments were self inflicted when we added 2 + 2 and it didn't equal four, e.g. when the Samsung representatives opened the small factory unit several years ago, and many of us thought that we would be signing a partnership agreement with them. However, some of the expected "watershed moments" have IMO been due to terminology and phrases used by our current CEO in RNS's and meetings. They may have been used as 'smoke and mirrors' to deflect from the fact that the system wasn't commercially ready at that time, however, many people decided to invest based on that hype.
The expected news detailed in the last half year report is indeed another 'watershed moment' which if it comes to fruition between now and calendar year end should see a much higher share price. On the other hand, we do have a track record of 'watershed moments' amounting to nothing, particularly in respect of signed contracts, and particularly at Christmas (for some reason?)
This is THE watershed moment. In Adam's words "We have the right products, at the right time" and there is no better time to announce this to the world than NOW! Please Adam, lead us from the cowshed unto the watershed! :-)
