Sounds plausible... there have been lots of rumours and conjecture around insider knowledge.... regardless of who it is large buys signal confidence. Near term for me should see 17-18p just on daily tick ups...
Confidence, a leak, opportunistic gamblers, gov officials 'in the know', significant buys suggest something is afoot... tomorrow's opening should be fun...
Maybe they were waiting for this info release prior to last week's 'holding' RNS... this would have a significant impact on our current mcap... CATALYST for everything!
Actually... this absolutely changes everything.... this is absolutely massive. If this is true and goes ahead this is without doubt the catalyst to mining here.... an update tomorrow qualifying this could certainly see us hitting the 50's
Who needs an RNS when you have that little beauty... well done Minor for researching...
'Today 14:02As reported by China
Congo's minister in charge of Pointe Noire is ready to modernise infrastructure like railways and ports by harnessing a commodities boom'
You know what guys and gals the governance processes in Glencore would have made steak taretar out of us if they had even the slightest whiff of failure... after all they're Glencore.... they don't need us do they? Why would they bother with a minor 40mcap. I tell you why... because we own 50%-1% in one of the largest and best quality iron ore mines in the world... despite what Shatyapants, Stiffy (aka Ericeric) and goodness knows how many other 'poor day traders' we have haunting this board say....
I'll keep buying sub 50p each month... maybe only one more dividend in it then!
P.s sorry shat and Eric.... but you can both be a proper pair of twonks....
You know what... it's far too easy to **** people off on these 'anonymous boards' I'm directing this to everyone... if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all.
The Q2 update should start putting the meat on the bones we know are now in place...
I wouldn't be surprised if we read about facilitative infrastructure updates and ROC government announcements before then. We've also had very senior Chinese officials sniffing around... deep pockets and an absolute need for raw materials. After all that's what this is all about isn't it.
(Anyway 4 try's needed by the boys now for the bonus point)
Fair point. Surely our board will be pulling in contacts and colleagues within Glencore to promote this opportunity. I certainly read in the RNS this week the unity and joined up comments between GLEN and ZOIC.
Interesting point well put... it would certainly add up. They do add an element of colour to the proceedings. I do mentally switch off though... which is a shame. Do some more research before embarrassing yourself...
