I spent a good deal of time yesterday looking through the Congo pages of IMF web site... now as jobs go working for those guys would be very interesting....
What I didn't pick up on, couldn't find, were the minutes, transcripts, of previous meetings. It mentions that they need to get their house in order regarding anti corruption etc... but nothing about specifics. Any thoughts? One would imagine they need to demonstrate a forward development strategy... game plan....
