Trading update tomorrow, Been hesitant to average down with current climate. Fingers crossed for a blue day!

And the little guy gets F***** again..... Really feel for anyone with large stakes here. Hurts enough losing £3k let alone some of the large sums others are claiming. We've all been strung along.

All positive on the latest set of RNS, hopefully the SP can start making and sustaining some serious gains going forward.

If it was 99.9% certainty then it wouldn't be trading 20% below the offer price...

This share will be back into decimal places of a penny at this rate! What a complete S**T show! Alarm bells were ringing last year when they stated they were looking for offers from counterparties but I didn't sell at small loss as trading updates were in-line.... Any optimism I have for this company has truly gone...

Disappointing trading update, "net debt is expected to end the year slightly above previous guidance. The board now expects adjusted EBITDA for the second half of 2025 to be similar to the level achieved in the first half." Ouch market not liking this. Could see sub £1?

4 years of holding and 71% down. That was with averaging down last week at 12.7p. Still have belief in this company for some reason but won't be topping up again.

Each to their own but i've been invested in GB group for 4 years now never with a profit, have averaged down twice (current average £3.01. I'm very optimistic over the medium term with the current direction the company is heading but time will tell.

Looks like on current SP price the share buy back programme will finish in the next couple of days. As close to £10M limit. Hopefully share price holds the gains and continues an upward trend to the FY results on 10th June.

Berenberg initiated coverage of GB Group on Thursday with a 'buy' rating and 340p price target.

I've been tempted to average down at current SP but lack of results/update is putting me off. Time will tell.

Great trading update, Adjusted operating profit¹ is expected to be approximately £67 million, up 10% (FY24: £61.2 million) and massive reduction in debt. net debt as at 31 March to reduce to £48.5 million (31 March 2024: £80.9 million)

Been invested here just shy of 4 years, currently 31% into the red, my gut is telling me we're all about to get shafted on this one....

Bit of a strange one, "contacting potential counterparties to assess whether such parties could put forward a proposal". Surely if someone wanted to buy TRX they would have already made an offer. If you're asking a company to put forward an offer then they're not going to be attractive offers.

Hopefully we'll start to see an upward trajectory in the share price, always very muted on positive news. Been over 3 years with zero gains on this share now.

Yeah was surprised by 5% increase, not complaining though! I guess a lot of it is driven by the momentum of housing planning laws being relaxed and labour gov housing pledges, also new brick slip lines are coming into the equation soon! Interest rates are predicted for multiple cuts in the next 18 months also.
