a little to add if it helps, a buy out is straight forward if all is for cash IE 50BN FOR KDNC for instance, or whatg happens if the company buying it out say ok 25 bn cash and shares make up rest in our company How it work if that company not in your ISA? cheers guys

Can anyone tell what happens say if the company you are invested in ( wrapped in an ISA) gets taken over by a company in an ISA and one out side of your ISA?

are you then having to , once you sell those shares in the other company that took your previous company due for TAX?

just a thought but maybe those in production supplying already are to fill any gaps and there for only part of anyones over all supply strategy? Main supply, could be being fought over or disscussed , EMH might be that main supply for Europe .

I notice that Hydroxide is being mentioned a bit more often these days ,Tesla prefer it, I wonder who else does or is thinking about Hydroxide over carbonate,as long as we can process either and in Czech republic and downstream to batteries....as a non scientist/engineer , a question is an equivalent Hydroxide battery lighter/smaller? or can go for more miles ? I have been thru it all once before ( BCN and their attempt to provide Tesla with Hyroxide ) but cant remember what the reason for Hydroxide was over Carbonate.
