KC has had to play things cool because of politics and Krupa is trying to use the lack of news as bad managment, I think EMH are being handled by Keith brilliantly, politics and cronies prodding and poking at KC so he had to release that RNS ,a letter in the press! blimey you have to comfirm or deny an offer if there actually was one to the company and not just in the press.

I dont think they have much clout IMO ,other top 10 investors plus those individuls with high % IMO lean towards KC , Just my opinion that Krupa is inflating his worth and importance to EMH

Indeed yes KDNC have almost 20% odd that its not mentioned on its own being as its the largest, and where would it be inside one of the other bundled up broker companies, when KDNC have almost 20% vewry odd or am I missing some thing?

well they arent in the top 20 shareholders as of sept last year , How do they claim to be a Major share holder? I would think that a few of the bigger holders that post have more than KGI do IMO unless some one else knows different?

Was just thinking the very same, they will issue their ANN= RNS The investors there will of had a little more time to investigate this , They will want more info tho as we all do Keith is being poked and prodded by Krupa IMO but we still want to know How much Krupa first offer is, but I bet its silly low .

Tesla last year they tried to move EMH HQ to Prague and oust KC from board etetc so im sure he loves them! WAS a cheap poke at lack of news at time ,.

Permitts are needed of course , if EMH got bought out cheap which they wont andf permits started to come through fast there would be such a stink ...
Why not make a sensible offer come back to the table with thre figures and the backing that would prove this to be genuine and not a chancer trying it on.

Yes THIS IS positive they know whats there and want it but cant afford it( IMO) but shows what we have IS very significant, Maybe they have heard of some thing going on with some one else? that is very much just a thought....
