Personally I hope we don't see another massive spike in V pricing and that it settles around $70 which seems a good balancing point for all. Not too expensive for either steel or batteries and encouraging for the economics of new projects (but below dirty projects like stone coal) which will help bring new production online that the battery sector will desperately need - even above and beyond our own production ambitions.

Alltorque - difficult to say. I note 993444 saying that income will be around 60% of this figure as it then has to be smelted. However my quick calc takes nothing else into account except the tin and we already know ATM are going to also produce tantalum but given the lack of responses I don't think anyone knows at present at what ratio production will be tin vs tantalum in the pilot plant (if I missed this, I apologise). I guess we will need to wait for the first production figures but if we are assuming costs of $15k a tonne as per the Proactive video yesterday and the plant is already setup for tantalum, then all that tantalum income is going straight on the bottom line as the cost all came off the tin.

I checked back to the message Alfacomp posted inferring from the figures in page 14 of the document that ML134 has 1700 tonnes of Tantalum. At $180k per tonne with costs already covered by tin then that's juicy. The same page mentions that there is potential for Lithium production and Worzel7 mentioned Muscovite.

There is also good upside potential from the drilling programme. Currently it's not JORC compliant and based on a report from 1989. We have already seen with BMN how up to date modelling using current techniques can improve the resource figures.

Confirmed around $15k cost per tonne, that's one question answered and puts the cost around the same as Mokopane tin figures.

Tin is about 19.5k p.t right now.

So 60t p.m x 4.5k = $270k p.m or $3.24m p.a. once ramped up by end of the year (Anthony says in the video that's conservative ramp up time).

That's only for tin.

When you own 3% of the company

I am struggling to see 50p but happy to be educated as this may increase my current position. I get the tin calculation but not the costs (that seem to be unknown at present) and the volume of tantalum per year.

Can any kind investor give me a quick breakdown?

Yes some very consistent 50k buying today. Either someone is very interested in the company or one of the shorts has blinked first and is getting out before the rush to close causes a spike.

That's 45p based on V production alone. Nothing for any other interests including Bushveld Energy. I think those Vanadium sales estimates are conservative and we will be at at least 4,000 by the end of next year with Vametco/Vanchem combined.

I would go so far as to say that the whole analysis is very conservative and there is tremendous upside potential to these values.

I think it's the same billion previously announced rather than another billion, the new news is a partnership to drive this change.

Wonderful. Let's hope it's not just a talking shop but accelerates the pace of change.

Whether it is to be sniffed at depends on costs. How much of the $20k a tonne is cost? Are profits expected on this low level production or will these only come with stage 2?

The number of reversed trades is now beyond a joke and worthy of it's own FCA investigation.
