why these are down to such a low share price?

do seem a good buy at these levels, in for the first time @ 180p

seem to want to go past the 52p mark

Agree with your post, being an active Aviva Day Trader and holder of Pru/Leg Gen too. Regardless of what is currently happening, i personally feel that investing in this industry is a somewhat 'safer' haven than others. Insurers will always have a large presence within the UK Economy and will suffer to a certain extent along with with all other sectors but do bounce back.

recovery today as these have been rock bottom of late. Just hope they don't dip and hope a continuing increase towards the 900p mark isn't too much to ask..

i read the telegraph slot yesterday regarding their Indian 'target' etc, we haven't seen these levels in the sp (670 odd i recall was around the lowest), do you see these creeping back up towards the £10 mark again?

for the other banks today, unemployment figures down had an effect for sure - hope the sp recovers soon though

Surely they must! i know these were down so far as 680 odd at their lowest a while ago, i bought in Monday at 900, just hoping their Asian exposure isn't going to keep these shares at this low level.

Got 25 shares for freeee!! now worth £6.25! Great Brokers though at £7.50 per trade.

Held these share for 2 days and made a very tasty 4 digit sum - if they dip to 50p ish i'll have another punt, bearing in mind the dividend next week.

Aviva did me proud over the last 4 days, am very much hoping that OML will do similar!
