I understand, from your posts, that you hold. I presume that you are able to sell when you wish. If you were very confident that this would fall from .21, you could have backed that view and sold. I presume that you did not do this because you also believed that you may miss out on a rise if you did. Equally you can sell now if you wish. I say this simply because I can not understand why some posters are keen to say that they hold, that they knew that the sp would decline, but they decided to keep their share so they could lose money. Perhaps it's just me. As for a slow decline, I don't accept that there will be one from here, hence I am holding. If there is, by a means come back and say you told me so, but I'll ask you the same question.

Notice that results of pre-clinical study on AP102 are due very soon. These are expected to support application to EMA for European orphan designation.

Fair enough Kev, although I didn't spot any long term or short term hopefulness in your post. In the meantime milestones are important, to reaffirm confidence in the business, and to keep the sp at a decent level. A low sp does no favours for the company or for investors.

Kev, I think you are considerably understating the situation. Whilst you are right, product testing takes a long time, AMYT are already some way down the path with episalvan. Also, as you know, the product has already shown good outcomes. There are many milestones to come, not just the final outcome. No guarantees, but a good chance I'd say.

Also worth noting that more than 65% of the shares in AMYT are held by directors or major shareholdrs, leaving only a third in free float. Hence my expectation that it will move quickly when news hits.

Totally understand. 'The darkest hour is just before dawn' could easily have been written about investing in AIM companies. I've pulled out of a couple of businesses recently shortly before they doubled in price. Of course it can go the other way, but patience gives the best returns, and I'm trying to learn that with my portfolio.

Apologies for typo, autocorrect strikes again. She knows her charts, and I'm certainly inclined to trust her experience on this, even though she has not shown the chart. Looks to me as though there may be a support line running up from the July low to where this sits currently. Also we are at the level at which this first found resistance post placing. But I'm no chartist. As for whether the support level will hold, time will tell. Could be a good time to buy though.

Yep, and still moved very quickly. A number of possibilities here, and when one happens the move will be dramatic, not incremental.

10x as many shares in SAR. Could you clarify what you mean?

The surprises being outside investment, licences, takeover bids etc. Could happen at any time. SAR recently doubled in value following a licence agreement at Phase 1 stage. The potential here is huge, many times the current price. Yes it's a risk, but which shares aren't? High risk, possibility. High reward, definitely.

From the recent Shard report:- Acromegaly – Application made to the FDA for orphan designation for AP102 for the treatment of acromegaly with a response expected in Q4, 2016. Also, if you work on the only news being approval of drugs, there is little that will interest you. However there are many milestones between now and that happening, all of which will show progress. Plus there is always the possibility of surprises.

Not sure why you think that equitrder, the Shard report suggests otherwise. Expecting news in Q4 on AP102, and update on Phase III preparations.

Just by way of balance, the Dublin office is part of a business premises comprising of part of a grand Georgian terrace, not a two up two down. Nothing unusual there. As for the R&D premises, perhaps it is Germany, but given the nature of the business it is unlikely that Amryt would wish to draw attention to the precise location.

So bought a few more.

Was not to be, at least in the short term. Probably a good bet medium term. Sold up yesterday with a reasonable profit. Time to move on.

I see John Colley picked up a few shares at 321. Not many, but suggests he sees them rising!
