With each passing day now, with each tweet, each RNS, I become more convinced that it's all going to end in tears for us long term, long suffering shareholders.

It has the stink of mates getting in on the cheap for the gluttony that is coming - at the expense of us P.I.'s.

These board members only loyalty is to themselves and their families. Us P.I.'s don't even register.

Sorry, but that's how it looks to me. I'm not selling though because I'm a stubborn SOB and I'm here now till the "bitter" end, whatever that may be.

There's a famous saying.....

"It's always darkest before dawn"

Let's hope and pray that that's what's happening here with Zioc.

Because, right now with the price at 7.5p, it's dark.

Any interested party surely must be thinking to themselves right now following the recent presentation and board changes.....

Why wait for the formal bidding process where we'll likely have to pay Simandou money, when we can snap Zanaga up "now" for perhaps half of what we'd have to bid. Everyone is happy (with, say a $5bn offer). Certainly private shareholders would be, Elphick and Co. I'm sure would be and the offering company would be getting a bargain.

That's why I'm 90% certain this gets taken out before Q3's bidding process even begins.

Well, is anyone who attended the investor presentation going to comment on answers to questions and anything else that may be of interest?

I've read the RNS and whilst it's good with lots of promise, the one thing that kept going through my mind was....

I'm saying this with a heavy heart, more and more now I'm not seeing the happy ending we've all been dreaming of here.

I think we PI's are going to get shafted in the usual AIM way.

Let's see what tomorrow brings but I'm beginning to lose hope. I can understand why ATG has bowed out.

Why have they stopped using the term "strategic partner process". Now it's just "strategic process".

I think £4 is for the birds (I'd love to be proved wrong though).

Right now I'd run for the hills with 50p (because I want out of Zioc after 9 years holding).

I just have an uneasy feeling about 2 possibilities

1. Big Den revoking licences due to inaction and also because he's not restrained anymore by big Glencore (who held RoC debt).

2. New investors taking it private and shafting PI's in the usual AIM way.

I'm optimistic on balance but I just can't see anything like £4.

The grand old duke of Zioc, he marched us up to the top of the hill, then he marched us down again.

Whatever is going on, it'd better be worth the wait because I'm sick and tired of waiting 🥴

Ex, it would certainly fit the narrative of the past couple of months.

I just want it over now one way or another and Zioc out of my life.

In my experience, on AIM, 99% of the time no news leads to bad news.

But then Zioc isn't your typical AIM share 🤷🏻‍♂️

It's now or never for Zioc now. And by now I mean upto Easter.

If they can't get something going in the current climate then how do you think they ever will? Seriously.

The next 9 or 10 weeks will either bring immense joy and relief to us private shareholders who've held on for so long in hope, or the misery and disappointment that we were sold a pup.

The world entered a new era on Jan 20. Let's hope Zioc is about to enter one too 🤞🏻

We could literally be minutes, hours, days from suspension. Zioc feels to be on the cusp if becoming global mining news.
