The blocks of sells is an II, just like when it was buying in blocks, it is now selling them... I wonder if we will only get 47.5% of the offer.. So a 250m offer would see us get 125m and that's before debt and expenses etc...

One thing for sure JP should stop drawing a salary, I think he has earned enough during the good times.. Don't see a point for JJ or BM frankly to be still drawing salary, as they are doing nothing.. Drop our admin costs to 1.5m for the year.. Sell to a major with a carry on if possible.

What we have achieved at te5, 6,7 wasn't insignificant.. Ofc we still have lots of gas, recoverable gas on our license.. I'll be surprised if we don't get around 350m for our license/asset

That's why Roth are in charge of selling the asset. I am expecting JJ to resign, no point having him on board.. Jp can take his role and lower his salary to 150k, which is fair... We should have extremely low admin costs in the next couple of months while the sale is processed...

Exactly, the Moroccans would want this to be moving quickly and wont make the process more difficult.. I doubt that the 20tcf will play a role in negotiations, but we do have some very good leads and even for 2 to 3 Tcf recoverable that will make it a very good business for anyone who buys.. Total announced a 1tcf offshore discovery not long ago and everyone was excited about it... We do have some good spots on our license, just need a good team to unlock the potential... Shell and Total would unlock this within a year... I wouldn't mind even to keep 10% on our licenses if Shell do an aggressive expropriation/appraisal campaign

Ffs this is oil and gas.. Did u expect jp to say, oh actually we won't find shit, so pls don't buy anymore shares.. We were trading at £1 from a 4p placement.. Is that really a charlatans work?.. Still, it's better to ask him and see what his realistic expectation is.. For a major like Shell, this is a very good (cheap) entry point, I am more than sure that they will unlock the Moroccan gas province...
