i see these life stylists diectors have awarded themselves options in lieu of receiving bonus's

bonus for wiping the value from investors by raising money at a huge disscount that added a huge number of shares.

they really do take the **** out of those still stuck in this that might have paid more than 10 times the current price, some 20 times more and maybe more.

I just read all the RNS and in view of what is going on in the USA I am not sure if this has yet hit the rocks.

All the cuts in manufacturing set the tone for the outlook more than the few positive words they have provided.

Still, I will keep it on my watch list.

Today’s weakness maybe because of the service sector figures released but bearing in mind the positive cash flow that was announced in the last two months, this may have held up well.

In addition if interest rates are reduced this month, that will also have a positive impact.

If I had more cash I would be buying.

In February they stated net debt as of Jan 2025 was £123 million, year end 24 it was £113 million, so now back to £113 million, so that is a positive and plenty of headroom to service any new contracts that come along.

Well at least they sorted out their refinances early and have taken away any fears.

It sounds to me as though they have taken the medication and are now in a better shape to start recovering from the past mistakes.

How the market will react to this news is what is the quality but strong cash flow in the last two months sounds promising.

I agree with you 100% it is a disgraceful practice, and if you recall Tesco used this some years ago to inflate their profits, and it was costly for investors.

My Father was in retail many years ago, and even 60 years ago it was common practice for premier retailers like Harrods, to demand advance payments to even stock certain companies products, and larger payments to place the goods in their windows.

I bet this still goes on these days, as they use their mussle to blackmail suppliers that is then paid for by the smaller retailers, who pay higher prices for the branded goods.

To much debt to be a target at the moment but if things start picking up, then it might attract a well timed bid .

ZERO as they still have to pay through the nose for the crap they bought off their old friends that they prentended had value.

Another big trade of 1.55 million at 19p something cooking surely. Change of big holders stakes.

I bought a grands worth today but I noticed a few big trades when I looked up a few moments ago.

Is one of the big holders reducing their stake or is someone building a stake, being pretty new , I still don't know how to read the trades.

Any ideas?

I have read loads on these threads since I started with my few very small buys, and luckily because I had a bit of luck with a couple I am still in the black but the one thing I have learnt from here more than anywhere else, is not to invest in any small penny AIM shares.

It seems everyones view is that most of these companies are run by bunches of very dishonest people.

I guess low life attracts low life based on the last few posts about the new face on the block.

I will follow out of interest as I have done since I started before they changed there name but I will never even buy a few hunder quids worth again.

All I have read here today is how shocking they have treated small and large shareholders.

Being a novice davey50 and reading the thread - will you dispose of the balance or keep them and see if they recover. I ask as I try to understand how traders operate.

Think what that big private holder must fel like. He must be gutted.

Merger and listing through TCF a possible. I read when I was doing research that they had brought a guy in that had done that before - I think he joined in 2024 very early on, or it might have been 2023. One of the board members.

Could they have raised the C round and are they upgrading the website to reflect the advances they have made. Will they be paying TCF is what is important but the share price seems to have settled with few trading now at around 1p .

If there was a bid, who do you think it would come from and at what sort of price.

I bought a few today. Not enough to shout about but if I can double the money I will be happy.
