"Nameless" remains Shameless...1 Jan 2024 18:54
Despite his procrastinations about saving PIs, he was relentlessly posting, (often under multiple monikers -BaggyMcBaggy etc etc.) about how the company would fail under the pressure of bonds, in fact how the company would fail at every opportunity no matter what it did. (Never once giving a positive opinion on new CAPEX investment and new additional funds provided by Anavio that were, "on the face of it", designed to give COPL breathing space into Q1 2024.)
Some may think that he was part of a concerted shorting team, constantly spouting negativity and completely clogging up the board with his masters view...driving the price ever lower.
Anavio have a lot to answer for, and anybody who is associated....with information on the inside??
Why did they give $4.5m for GGS at 4p (Only to forward sell via third party driving the price to 2.6p)
Having got the strike price to 2.6p. Why then did they provide another $4.0m specifically to up the injection rates and provide COPL with OPEX out till Q1 2024.
Why did JVP walk after 1yr of negotiation. Why "chat" for a year to suddenly walk away after recently signing LOI??
Now Anavio have provided another $2.5m at a strike price of £0.0015 to stop any covenants being broken, whilst simultaneously appointing a specialist in company wind ups and asset sales...and then proclaiming no more NGL's are being purchased
What was ALWAYS needed was more oil production (2.5kpd) to get the company out of this hole, but is seems at the point of nearing that "euphoria that I and most other post Atomics, invested for" the rug was pulled-- AGAIN--.
This does need investigating, and RBMs endeavours have to be commended and fully supported.
As for any apology, Nameless, you can post all you like, you will get none from any supportive poster that seems to have been lied to. And had the rug pulled from them at the last moment
Production was key to all.
Why has it been stymied recently, by whom, and for what reasons???
