Using JPs work. (And hats off to JP!) We seem to have the numbers, even with the 30% factor being applied.

There will be many here who, do not wish, to publicly say how many they hold, but will vote No to all 4 items.

Even if the BOD release a stonking RNS, making people sell on the spike, any new holders will not want to see dilution, and will most likely vote no.

As frustrating as it is, (and it is necessary) all these posts ref warrant vote will continue to stifle SP movement.

Then we will have this EGM cluttering up the board for the foreseeable. This for me is not necessary. IMHO.
And may put off buyers until our "Reddit style" campaign is completed or runs out of steam.
