I started the thread to respond to whodareswins proposition that the MCAP would be 60M, based on sales value.
We can all agree this, is not the way to calculate the value of a company. Yes MCAP is SP X no of shares.

You speak about repeated postings by me who wasn't invested. I invested big time until yesterday.

Like I said earlier, you do not seem to be stupid. But being the unofficial policeman, putting down posters who are trying to correct misstatements on company value as being abnormal behaviour does not do your self justice.

Take a look at the attached, filter for Lord Astor. Take a look at when the company compensated him and what work he is listed as doing. Match up with historical RNS. And you get to my supposition.

I took the time to take a look, and the results are, each time the company makes a significant mergers or acquisition there is a payment to this person.

Lord or not, it appears that way. And not only in US but Africa too.

The post from Caw Caw on insider buying got me thinking.

What the hell is a guy like Lord Astor doing getting involved with COPL.

From the file sent by CC i can see he has had an involvement since 2013.

He has been rewarded many times with shares as part of his compensation.

When you map out each of the payments and then look at Key RNS you can see he gets paid in line with significant positive announcements.

Exon
Mozambique
Nigeria
etc etc

The largest payment over the years was in October 2020. The same time Art started to discuss Atomic deal.
The last payment was Feb 2021.

Reading between the lines, Lord Astor has been supporting COPL with help with finance deals.

Would it be wrong to assume that Art picked up the phone and asked for his support to get this over the line.

I am not de ramping, just questioning another posters claim that MCAP was based on sales value.
You can see by my previous posts that I believed in the company big time.
I put a lot of money in on the 23rd and 24th December, and took it out yesterday morning.

BUT be realistic on the sales price expected and the costs associated with production.

I hope you get 1GBP each but that will be short lived.
1st to market always gets a premium, but others {China/Turkey} will get past the patent on applying nano ink copper to fabrics.

Sorry but some posters are misleading you to believe the company market cap is based on simple annual sales values.

Take some time to educate yourselves on how a company is values in below link.

The fact that you sell 5 mill items/month for 1GBP does not give a company value of 60 M GBP.

I think the company should issue a public apology for what has gone on between the company and its owners over the last three months. From one disaster to another, and then to reward those who failed is beyond comprehension.

I get the fact there is a ramp up curve. I have been involved in mass production for 20 years.
The last project involved in needed 8 million GBP for new machines that cost over a million each.
I have watched serious bits of kit being unloaded and commissioned, and am fully aware of what it takes.

We do not have the inhouse knowledge. I had hoped that Alex with is links to his PPE company would have been a big help.
What an assumption that was. Now he has gone with several million shares as a REWARD for his tireless efforts. JOKE or what...
We have had the machine for nearly two months now and still struggling.

Do you want another two months to pass by. What then another two.

I guess the Chinese guys will be busy figuring out a way to outwit our patent.

PS;- our patent is not to do with masks. But only to do with the process of applying nano ink to fabrics.

I do feel for all of the investors who are down.

The project may still happen, but not at the 1st to market success I anticipated.

The NHS is awash with PPE. They will not order from us, without being reliable and consistent.

Poor investor, you are implying that the BoD have just told lies. Yes the machine is "running" but at knowhere near capacity. The statement was they are building up to one shift. So output is automatically halved, assuming a 12 hour shift pattern. They have no idea, and are now recruiting for somebody with knowledge. They guy from Toyota should definitely offer his services. I know at first hand what the TME guys are capable of.

At what price do we sell.
What is our cost level.

We buy in the fabrics.
We out source the nano coating.

All we are is a producer, who incidentally can't produce reliable volume to satisfy any long term contract.
If you were in charge of commissioning for NHS, you would only enter into a contract with reliable and proven suppliers.

I have to question our status on those two fronts.

Licensing the tech is our only main source of major future income. But how long before some Chinese guy gets round our process patent?

Qualify that statement.
How cheap is cheap. If cheap, what are the costs to produce. What is the derived profit and NPV value.

The world is awash with masks. Voltz are now discounting by 70%.

We need to be profitable, and by the look of it we have no business minded people on board now.

I liked the part when they said they would give millions of shares to Alex who has worked so hard to industrialise the machine. He runs a PPE company and still f,ed it up!

Reward for failure is always a bad sign.
