I am reading this section:-

Draw down of the Credit Facility remains subject to satisfying customary conditions precedent which the Company is working to complete, including completion of a Financial Audit by Atomic for fiscal years 2018 and 2019, and an Auditors review of the 9 months ending September 30, 2020. The Audit commenced in December and is nearing completion.

Not de ramping but being quite cautious as i have been all along.

AS I understand it we would have to outsource to Prometheus the production of the nano layer as they have the largest machine in EU or Globally.

Not sure what inhouse capacity we have for producing the nano layer.

Selling the rolls is key to everything. I agree sir.

But first thing first lets get our cash generating machine up and running then we can invest more into the other downstream processes.

My supposition on the sales, is that there is a huge surplus of these type of masks.

They need to offer a 70% reduction just to get their stock moving.

I am aware of NHS stock rooms full of PPE. {Yes/maybe its full of substandard items bought early...and in a rush}
However the global quality + rate of mask/PPE production has only increased in the last year.

So P2F has a patented tech to apply nano coating, as has been said, others will copy this in a way to get round the patent, it happens all the time. Our window of opportunity come's with being first mover.

We must not rely on inhouse manufacturing, and do as Ed states and go for either licencing or producing and supplying the centre nano layer.

I truly hope that we get RNS soon, and not just on the machine, but on a tie up to produce the big rolls that can be exported worldwide to other mask makers and PPE suppliers.

Our inhouse machine limits us to a certain turnover, and I do doubt being able to charge 1GBP each long term, as is shown by the Voltz sale at 70%.
