RE: Very Quiet here this morning...17 Jun 2025 10:26
My understanding is that this agreement is not related to SNDA, and only with Santos
"Business Today reported that the agreement, which is set to begin on February 1, aims to support Santos’ offshore operations in the Bayu-Undan region"
"Two state-of-the-art Leonardo AW189 helicopters will be deployed to shuttle between Dili, Timor-Leste, and Darwin, Australia, ensuring high-performance standards in offshore environments, the report added."
Was it a bit foolish for SNDA to think we could get access to these two helicopters.
Despite the size of Weststar, they do not have enough assets with the right range to support our immediate requirements. (maybe they originally stated they would have assets to support us.
