Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Wwal, Read my imposters posts on CEO.
Does that sound like my writing style.
PS to avoid any confusion, I am one of a very few posters who have continuity with their monikers here and TG and CEO.
In short when I post somewhere, you know its me and my thoughts.
Believe what you need to....
Wwall,
I created an account yesterday on CEO forum, as it came to my attention that somebody had created an account called "Shouston". And appeared to be posting as me.
So I created an account StuartHouston to call out the impersonator.
AS far as I know the account Shouston has been rightly cancelled as it is not me.
My account StuartHouston is still very much live.
I posted my actions on the COPL TG group yesterday if you want to check back and validate in their you can.
I will continue to post on CEO as they seem to need a bit of COPLOVE.
As for trading, if anybody could teach me exactly when to sell and when to buy I would be grateful, as it stands I buy and hold.
Speel,
I post what I believe, it is not for me to persuade you to buy or sell.
FWIW I firmly believe the company, using existing fracking technology and the recent infrastructure upgrades combined with the the increasing pressure, will start to ramp up oil production back to where we were at the peak using the old infrastructure and beyond.
I never invested for a JV nor a billion barrel discovery.
If they happen then great.
All I want is a clear pathway to deliver 5kpd.
At that point all peeps will be happy with SP IMHO.
Good Luck!!
Aimhigher,
I have looked at that entire list of 240 odd.
I do not see GS20 listed anywhere??
Where does the company website get $1.6 billion traded over last 24hrs and why does it state GS20 is no 39?
When not in the top 240...
This investment boils down to two fundamentals:-
1) Do we believe that the existing field can produce, (given proper infrastructure, and enough cash for butane injections) get to 5 to 7k per day.
2) Do we believe that the new oil discovery is of a scale indicated by the company and Ryder Scott.
IMHO no1 is certainly achievable as fracking is a known technology and improving year on year.
With regards to no2, I am not certain either way, however that said. BH, seems to be OK with putting more money in. JV talks are to the best of our knowledge still carrying on. The recompletions of CC were positive and show an oil down too position. WE know majors are investing heavy in the Powder River Basin, so it does not seem like a far off dream.
Lets get this Q+A session over with and see if there are any more positive signs from the new BoD.
PS. I only invested for number 1. If 2 comes then great...
Amala Foods Plc (LON: DISH) has requested a Temporary Suspension of its listing on the Standard Segment of the Official List of the Main Market. The Company expects to enter into a binding agreement in due course with regards to a transaction that may lead to a Reverse Takeover. The target company is a healthcare group with a Philippine subsidiary, Dialysis Care Plus Inc, that is building dialysis centres in the Philippines where the market for dialysis services is growing substantially every year. The team has an excellent track record with internationally known healthcare groups in the USA as well as locally in the Philippines. The valuation approach that is being considered is one whereby upon a successful transaction the valuation paid would be based upon a share consideration and a deferred share consideration determined by financial performance. The Company expects to conclude matters shortly and will provide further updates to the market this month.
The last RNA was for interest payments. So that would of been their interest payment based on VWAP, Not 2.6p.
So does that mean they are keeping their Interest payment shares, if so its an important point to note...
