Bottomed out. Now for the rise back up to 250-260. Only two weeks until trading update, then should be above 300 (20p old money.) all being well with fcf 4-6 months away.

Yes, picked up a few shares for a good price imo. Will be holding onto those as not to long until H1 trading statement in July (it will soon be here before we know it) and if they say c£5m revenue just for H1 then it will be game on IMO. Just hoping trumps tariffs don’t affect the US markets too badly.

Still don’t understand why it’s down 8% today on equal buys and sells. It took a fair bit of buying to get from 1.20 to 1.34, unless there’s some large late reported sells about to come through.. anyway let’s hope Mondays report is a good one.

Net debt, including the impact of property leases accounted for under IFRS 16 was £415.2m in 2024 (2023: £545.5m). Our IFRS 16 lease liability was £348.7m (2023: £363.4m) reducing with property rationalisation programme and monthly lease payments. The lease asset receivable related to the lease liability was £95.7m (2023: £70.3m), reflecting the successful sub-letting of property the Group is not utilising

It makes no difference, it just means the share price will be in pounds not pence. You’ll own less shares but the value of your holding won’t change.

The SP is at ATL and the same as it was after JLs terrible 2023 full year results and his last year as capita CEO.

The SP now suggests that AH has made no progress whatsoever, which we know isn’t true.

H124 results were much better than H123 in terms of profit and H124 doesn’t include the money from the capita one sale of £210m. I think some of that £210m will be used to pay down pre IFRS 16 net financial debt say £100m. The other £110m ( if they haven’t already invested it) should go to reported Profit?

We should have cost savings of around £160m by now (£140m were actioned in December trading update) so I’m expecting them to say the phase one of £60m and phase 2 of £100m have now been actioned ahead of schedule with a further £90m to be achieved by end of 2025 to make the £250m.

The lower revenue and extra free cash outflow should already be priced in from the December trading update and I’m not worried about revenue as we still have £2.3 billion of revenue for a £215 million market cap company!

Like some on here have already said the main thing we need to see is a return to profitability and lower debt. The market should then see a more stable and secure company that’s ready to return to growth. IMO

Don’t forget they’re doing a £250m cost cutting program as well.
